Latin America Blender Buyer Route
Compare real 2L, 2.5L, 3L and 3.5L catalog directions, then control the jar, lid, blade, coupling, accessories, destination electrical version, Spanish or Portuguese packing, carton basis and inspection scope. Wholesale only. MOQ starts from 1000 PCS.
Buyer Qualification
Companies that can define destination country, electrical version, customs route, local importer responsibility and wholesale order scope.
Buyers selecting a controlled blender range for appliance dealers, regional wholesalers, supermarkets or established commercial channels.
Purchasing teams requiring approved retail packing, barcode, importer identity, carton records and repeat-order version control.
Businesses able to release logo, Spanish or Portuguese artwork, manual, labels and an exact model configuration for approval.
Importers combining controlled blender models with air fryers, fans, rice cookers, water pumps or other small appliances.
Wholesale only. MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. Retail, one-piece orders and public consumer prices are not supported.
A useful blender quotation must describe one exact product and commercial version. Start with destination country and sales channel, then confirm model code, jar capacity and material, lid, blade set, coupling, drive system, controls, supplied cups or attachments, rated electrical version, plug and cord, color, individual box, artwork language, importer information, master carton, quantity, destination port, trade term, sample approval and inspection scope. Only compare suppliers after these fields describe the same order.
Latin America is not one electrical or language version. Spanish artwork does not automatically cover Portuguese-speaking channels. Voltage, frequency, plug, cord, rated label, importer wording and local market-access requirements can differ by destination. Yaoyuan Electric can coordinate factory-side options and current model evidence, while the importer and qualified local parties confirm destination rules, customs, taxes and channel requirements before order release.
A blender should have a defined role in the buyer's range: entry model, core household model, larger-jar step-up model, multifunction set, juicer direction or higher-power image model. State whether sales will run through regional distributors, appliance shops, supermarkets, wholesale ecommerce, promotional programs or an established private label. The intended ingredients and use cases belong in the sample test plan, not in unsupported marketing claims.
Assigning a range role prevents several similar models from competing for the same shelf position. It also keeps MOQ, artwork, spare parts and inventory focused. A first order may use one controlled model or a deliberately separated price ladder. Use the blender model selection route, product selection matrix and retail assortment guide before allocating quantity.
Capacity and wattage alone do not define a blender. Freeze the exact jar material, jar shape, usable fill line, lid and cap, blade count and geometry, shaft, seal, coupling, motor direction, housing, controls, feet, cord, plug and every supplied attachment. If a model is described as dual-cup, 3-in-1 or 8-in-1, list each included cup, jar, mill or accessory in the quotation and approved sample record. A title is not a packing list.
Changes to a jar, coupling, blade, bearing, motor, control board or accessory can change fit, operation, noise, service parts and test results. Keep the product specification, sample, artwork, purchase order, inspection file and packing list connected to the same revision. The blender specification and sample guide and order handover route show how to close that gap.
The following fields come from public catalog records and support discovery. They do not replace a current sample, signed specification or production confirmation. Published power is an electrical rating, not proof of blending result, durability, noise level or suitability for a particular ingredient. Published carton or loading fields remain route-specific references and must be reconfirmed for the quotation revision.
Published route: 2.5L, 350W and AC220-240V. Published color box: 270 x 200 x 330mm. Published carton: 620 x 280 x 670mm. Confirm cups, blades, lids, quantity per carton and current packing revision.
Published route: 3.5L, 800W and AC220-240V. Published color box: 395 x 213 x 375mm. Published carton: 655 x 514 x 765mm. List all three included functions and parts before approval.
Published route: 3L, 800W, AC220-240V and materials described as PC, PET, PP and 201 stainless steel. Confirm the exact eight-piece definition, contact materials and current sample.
Published route: 3L, 1000W, AC220-240V and Plastic PP. Published carton: 785 x 455 x 405mm. No public model code is provided, so keep the P34 route identity until the current product is confirmed.
Published route: 2L, 2400W, AC220-240V, 201 stainless steel plus PC, with glass described as optional. A published 40HQ figure is only a catalog reference and must be checked against the current carton and loading basis.
Review additional single-jar, dual-cup, multifunction, juicer and high-speed directions. Exclude incomplete records from a quotation until the missing fields are verified.
Inspect jar material, wall thickness, clarity, markings, handle, base interface and usable fill line on the approved sample. Confirm whether an optional glass direction applies to the exact model and order. Do not transfer a material statement from Y66 to another route. The lid, center cap, gasket and locking or seating method should match the selected jar and should remain stable through the agreed operating tests.
Record blade material, count, geometry, mounting, shaft and seal. Check the coupling between the jar assembly and motor base for fit, alignment, wear and replacement identity. For multifunction models, define which blade and cup belong to each function. A buyer planning local service should request a model-specific parts map instead of ordering generic jars or blades that may not fit.
The included accessory set must appear consistently in the quotation, sample approval, artwork, manual, purchase order and inspection checklist. If the order uses an alternate jar, optional glass, extra mill cup or different lid, treat it as a controlled version. Review the blender spare-parts guide and golden sample process before production.
Send the destination country, rated voltage, frequency, plug, cord and label direction. All five model records above publish AC220-240V, but that does not establish frequency, plug, cord, fuse, destination compliance or suitability for another voltage. Any requested change must be reviewed for the exact model rather than edited into artwork first.
Keep sample, nameplate, plug, cord, manual, test evidence and production records under the same electrical identity. If one order serves several countries with different requirements, separate quantities and version files. The blender voltage and plug guide, Latin America appliance buyer route and supplier evidence pack guide organize the questions without promising compliance.
OEM scope may include product logo, control labels, model reference, rated label, warnings, instruction manual, barcode, importer or distributor identity, individual color box and master-carton marks. The buyer supplies accurate destination text and approves translations and claims. The factory should not invent importer data, legal wording, certification marks, ingredient claims or performance statements.
Spanish and Portuguese files should remain separate unless an approved bilingual version is required. Record dieline, translation owner, approver, revision and date. Approve a printed or digital packing proof against the exact product. Use the OEM blender packing guide, artwork approval route and OEM blender program before mass printing.
Unit price is only one cost input. Compare exact model, jar and accessories, individual packing, units per carton, master-carton dimensions, net and gross weight, inspection, inland handling, freight basis, destination charges, duties or taxes assessed by qualified parties, local delivery, finance and after-sales reserve. A larger jar or multifunction set can change carton volume and service complexity even when two offers look close.
SC-1589 publishes a 620 x 280 x 670mm carton and SC-5532 publishes 655 x 514 x 765mm, but neither line alone gives CBM per saleable unit without confirming units per carton. P34 publishes 785 x 455 x 405mm, while BF-5042 does not provide a public final carton in the page used here. Y66 has a public loading reference, but the current carton and packing revision must still be verified. Never copy one route's carton to another.
For standalone or mixed-container planning, obtain the current packing sheet for every SKU and reconcile carton count, CBM and weight. Use the carton and CBM guide, blender landed-cost guide, quotation comparison sheet and mixed-container route.
The approved sample file should identify model code or catalog route, revision, jar and lid, blade set, coupling, base, controls, accessories, electrical label, plug, cord, color, logo, artwork and packing. Photos should show the complete supplied set and identifying details. If a golden sample is retained, record custody and the comparison method used for production or inspection.
A practical operating matrix can cover empty visual checks, jar and lid fit, leakage under the agreed fill condition, control and speed response, blade and drive operation, noise and vibration observations, stability, repeated operating cycles under an agreed load and rest period, shutdown behavior, cord and plug, labels, accessories, manual, barcode, individual box and carton identity. Define ingredients, quantity, duration, input supply and acceptance criteria before testing so results are comparable.
Inspection should identify the order, lot and sampling basis. Do not present a test on one model as evidence for every blender. Use the blender inspection guide, pre-shipment release route, container loading evidence route and customer order evidence journey.
Discuss practical service parts for the exact model: jar, lid, cap, gasket, blade assembly, coupling or drive-related parts only where applicable and technically supportable. Record part identity, quantity, compatibility, packing and responsibility for local replacement. Optional parts should not be implied as standard accessories. The importer should align service planning with the destination channel and local capability.
For a repeat order, compare current product, components, electrical version, artwork, packing and inspection records with the previous approved revision. List every proposed change or substitution before approval. A familiar model code, power label or similar image does not prove continuity. Use the blender order timing guide, component change control and repeat-order planning route.
Public prices are not displayed because model, jar, accessories, electrical version, OEM work, packing, inspection, destination and trade term change the quotation basis. Send one complete request so the sales team can prepare a comparable scope.
