Direct Answer for Importers
There is no single China blender wholesale price that applies to every buyer. The quotation changes with the exact model, motor direction, jar, blade assembly, control system, accessories, plug, voltage, color, order quantity, OEM packing, inspection requirement and trade term. To compare two factory quotations, place both suppliers on one written specification and separate product price from packing, tooling, samples, freight and destination costs. Yaoyuan Electric provides private quotations after the buyer sends model direction, quantity, country, market configuration, packing request and destination port.
Start with One Written Product Baseline
Two product photos can look almost identical while the internal configuration differs. Before asking which supplier is cheaper, define one comparison baseline: model, capacity, jar material, motor direction, blade set, controls, safety features, plug, voltage, accessories, color and packing. Without that baseline, a low quotation may simply describe a different product.
The baseline should also identify the sales channel. A blender for a price-sensitive wholesale market has a different cost structure from a retail-shelf private-label model or a higher-performance commercial direction. Use the blender model selection guide to define the role before comparing price.
Motor Direction Is a Major Cost Driver
The motor affects operating performance, heat, noise direction, expected use and after-sales exposure. A headline wattage printed on a box does not by itself prove the same motor construction or working result. Importers should compare the approved power direction, operating use, relevant test evidence and production consistency instead of ranking quotations by printed wattage alone.
If a supplier changes the motor after sample approval, the original price comparison is no longer valid. The buyer should require component-change review and confirm whether performance, compliance, spare parts or delivery timing are affected.
Jar Material and Construction Change More Than Appearance
Plastic and glass jars have different material, weight, packing and freight implications. Jar thickness, lid fit, handle construction, measurement marking and temperature direction can also affect cost and user experience. A larger stated capacity does not guarantee a stronger or more useful jar.
Compare the exact jar supplied with the bulk order. If one quotation includes a standard jar and another includes a heavier jar or additional grinding cup, the difference must be shown rather than hidden inside one total price.
Blade, Coupler and Accessory Sets Must Match
Blade construction, coupling parts, seals, lids and accessories influence both factory cost and replacement-part planning. A base set with one jar cannot be compared directly with a dual-cup or multi-function package. Each final set needs a clear packing list and model identity.
Ask whether spare jars, blades, couplers or seals remain available for repeat orders. A slightly lower purchase price can create a larger after-sales cost if the component direction changes frequently or replacements cannot be matched later.
Controls and Exterior Details Affect the Quotation
Switch type, speed positions, pulse function, printed panel, decorative finish, housing color and visible materials all affect the product and assembly plan. A new panel or color may require artwork, proofing, material preparation and a separate batch. These are not free changes simply because the main mold is unchanged.
Importers should approve visible details with a sample or controlled reference. The quotation should state which cosmetic direction is included and which special request requires confirmation.
Plug, Voltage and Market Configuration Are Part of the Product
EU, UK, US and South Africa plug versions can use different cord sets, rating labels, manuals and carton information. Voltage and frequency may change the electrical configuration. A quotation for one market cannot be transferred automatically to another market without a technical review.
Use the blender voltage and plug guide and send the target country before price comparison. A quote that leaves the plug or voltage blank is incomplete, even when the product photo looks correct.
Order Quantity Affects How Costs Are Distributed
Component purchasing, line preparation, color changes, printing setup, testing and packing are organized in batches. When one order is split across many models or colors, each small batch can carry more setup and handling cost. This is why a factory asks for quantity per exact SKU, not only total purchase quantity.
MOQ starts from 1000 PCS at Yaoyuan Electric, subject to the selected configuration. Review the blender wholesale MOQ guide before dividing a first order into many versions.
Neutral Packing and OEM Packing Have Different Inputs
Neutral packing can reduce artwork preparation for buyers testing a model. OEM packing may include logo, control-panel artwork, manual, color box, barcode, carton mark and market language. Each printed item has approval and production requirements. Several box versions can create separate printing batches even when the blender is the same.
A valid OEM quotation should state what is included, who supplies the artwork, how proofs are approved and whether printing plates or special materials create separate charges. The OEM blender production guide explains the approval sequence.
Carton Protection and Freight Efficiency Affect Landed Cost
Reducing protective material may lower factory price but increase transit damage. Increasing carton size may improve presentation but reduce container utilization. Buyers need the confirmed packing dimensions, units per carton and gross weight to estimate freight and landed cost.
Do not use a generic loading quantity from another model. Jar size, accessory set and carton structure can change the result. Container planning should be based on the approved packed product, especially when blenders are combined with air fryers, fans or water dispenser pumps.
Certification and Compliance Direction Must Be Defined
Compliance documents depend on the model and target market. The buyer should identify required product, label, plug, manual and packing conditions before order confirmation. A supplier cannot responsibly promise that every document applies to every configuration.
If the quotation assumes an existing model direction while the buyer later requests a new market requirement, cost and timing may change. Compliance discussion should happen before the final commercial comparison, not after deposit.
Inspection and Quality Control Are Commercial Inputs
A low price without an approved sample, written specification or inspection plan transfers uncertainty to the importer. The buyer should confirm how model identity, function, appearance, plug, labels, accessories and packing will be checked before shipment.
Inspection does not make a poor specification good. It verifies the agreed product. Use golden sample control, pilot production approval and pre-shipment inspection to connect price with a controlled delivery result.
Separate One-Time Charges from Recurring Unit Cost
Samples, special artwork, printing setup, tooling or testing may be one-time or project-specific costs. They should not be confused with the recurring unit price. Ask the supplier to identify whether a charge applies once, per artwork version, per production batch or per unit.
This separation matters for repeat orders. A first OEM order may carry preparation work that does not repeat in exactly the same form, while a changed logo, box or model can create new approval and setup costs.
Compare Trade Terms on the Same Basis
EXW and FOB quotations are not the same commercial basis. One may exclude inland delivery, export handling or port-related items included in another. Always compare the named trade term, loading port, currency, validity, payment condition, packing basis and expected delivery window.
Then add freight, insurance direction, destination charges, duty direction, customs clearance, inland delivery and warehouse costs. The cheapest factory line can produce a higher landed unit when the other terms are incomplete or the carton uses shipping space poorly.
Watch for Quotations That Cannot Be Verified
A quotation deserves further checking when the model is not identified, important specifications are blank, the product photo changes during discussion, the supplier avoids confirming plug or voltage, packing is described only as "standard," or a major configuration change supposedly has no effect on cost or delivery.
This does not prove dishonesty by itself. It proves the offer is not ready for comparison. Ask for a corrected specification before making a commercial decision.

Price Should Support the Importer's Market Plan
The right blender is not automatically the cheapest or the most powerful. It must fit the local channel, expected retail or wholesale level, dealer margin, carton logistics, after-sales capacity and repeat-order plan. A model that sells consistently and can be reproduced under the same approved configuration creates more value than a one-time low quotation that cannot be repeated.
Zhongshan Yaoyuan Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. supplies electric, commercial, juicer and multi-function blender directions for importers, distributors, wholesalers, supermarket buyers and OEM brand customers. Prices are private because each quotation depends on the confirmed product and order requirements. MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. Wholesale only.
