Resolve capacity identity before comparing 3L and 3.5L routes
A larger number in a catalog title is not enough to release a larger-capacity claim. Measure the current jar, record total and permitted working volume, and make the approved jar, lid, blade and base identity visible in the specification and artwork.
Catalog route SC-9880 contains conflicting 3L and 3.5L source information. The buyer and factory should resolve that conflict using the current sample, rating or product labels and corrected written specification before any capacity is printed on packaging.
After physical identity is frozen, compare the packed carton, freight basis, intended price band and buyer evidence from comparable products. The route remains a candidate until the buyer confirms that its own channel can absorb the landed-cost and service model.
Large-jar identity and claim release gate
Do not approve a 3L or 3.5L claim until the following evidence agrees:
- Current jar measurement, usable fill level and corrected capacity specification
- Jar, lid, seal, blade, coupling, motor and base identities on the retained sample
- Rating label, electrical configuration, manual and packaging capacity statements
- Packed carton basis, inspection method and buyer-approved channel test quantity
Commercial outcome boundary: These controls support model selection and order release. They do not guarantee local demand, sell-through, margin, profit, a fixed arrival date or a repeat order.
