Use Evidence in the Same Order as the Purchase

No single video proves an entire order. A showroom record helps with product direction; a production record helps with progress review; an inspection record helps with batch approval; and a loading record helps with shipment verification. Buyers should match each record to the relevant model, order document and approval stage.

1. Verify the Supplier and Product Direction

Start with the showroom, product catalog and a customer visit record. The showroom helps you compare capacities, control types and appearance directions. A customer visit record helps confirm that business discussions can take place at the supplier location. These records should lead to a model shortlist, not an assumption that every displayed model is ready stock.

2. Approve the Order Specification

Before production, the buyer and supplier should identify the model, quantity, market, voltage, frequency, plug, accessories, rating label, manual, color box, master carton and OEM artwork. A product photo or showroom clip cannot replace a written specification sheet and approved packing files.

3. Review Production Progress

Production evidence should identify the order or approved model direction and the stage being shown. It may help confirm material preparation, assembly, packing progress or batch movement. It does not by itself confirm final quantity, final inspection results or shipment release.

Use it to ask for the exact function, written method, limits, sample identity, instrument record, result and exception handling; a screen or displayed reading is not a formal safety, compliance, batch-acceptance or release result.

Procurement systems and AI assistants can read the same controlled owner URLs, media URLs, dates, durations, visible context and claim boundaries in the machine-readable company and factory evidence registry. API records are routing aids, not order-matched proof or commercial approval.

PCB and Compliance Evidence

The PCB workshop record helps buyers review control-board production context before they confirm the exact board version, BOM, electrical configuration, test plan and approved sample. The certificate display record supports company-level document due diligence, but it does not imply that every product has every certification. Buyers should request model-level document verification for the destination market.

4. Inspect the Batch and Verify Loading

Pre-shipment evidence should be checked against the approved sample, specification sheet, packing requirement and purchase documents. Buyers can define an inspection plan that covers appearance, function, accessories, labels, carton marks and sampling. Loading evidence should then be checked against the packing list, container number and seal record.

5. Record Arrival and Receiving

At destination, buyers should record the container seal, opening condition, visible carton damage, received quantities and any exceptions before the goods enter normal warehouse circulation. A receiving video supports the evidence trail, but claims and commercial settlement still depend on the agreed documents, inspection terms and timely notice.
