Starting Basis
Select an exact catalog model or controlled capacity and interface route. Branding cannot repair an unclear product identity.
Private-Label Execution
Start with a real catalog route, freeze the destination electrical version, approve brand and packing files, then keep samples, first production and repeat orders tied to one controlled product identity.
Direct Answer
Select an exact catalog model or controlled capacity and interface route. Branding cannot repair an unclear product identity.
Prepare the market, channel, quantity, plug, voltage, frequency, manual language, logo files, packing scope and destination port.
Record the approved sample, artwork revision, packaging version and first-batch inspection basis under the same model and market version.
Wholesale only. MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. Exact model, color, version and custom packing requirements still require confirmation.

An OEM air fryer project should not begin with a logo file alone. It begins with an exact product route: catalog model, capacity, control type, visible or non-visible design, material, rated electrical version and the product image used for approval. If the route changes after artwork starts, the color box, manual, barcode record and inspection reference can all become inconsistent.
Use the pre-quotation model selection matrix to reduce the catalog to two or three routes. Buyers can also compare the manual control, digital control and visible design directions separately. Capacity pages for 4L, 5L, 6L, 8L, 10L, 12L and 15L show the current catalog routes without treating a capacity label as proof that every model is interchangeable.
The purpose of the approval gates is simple: every person reviewing the order should know what has been approved, what remains open and which file or sample controls the next decision. A rushed project often mixes product selection, artwork and commercial negotiation into one conversation. A controlled project separates them.
The first record should contain the product URL, public model code when available, catalog image, capacity field, control direction, material field, voltage field and every unknown that still needs confirmation. A model name must not be replaced by a generic phrase such as “digital air fryer” after quotation. If color, panel artwork, accessory set or other configuration differs from the catalog route, record the difference before sample approval.
This route record becomes the common reference for the buyer, sales contact, artwork team and inspection team. It does not mean that every requested change is automatically available. It means that requested changes are attached to a known starting product rather than discussed in isolation.
Country name alone is not a complete electrical specification. The buyer should state the required plug, voltage, frequency, manual language and any market-specific label information. The quoted version and the approved sample should carry the same recorded basis. If a project may serve more than one market, create separate version records instead of assuming that one plug, carton and manual can serve every destination.
Compliance questions are also version-specific. Certification or test documents should be checked against the exact model and relevant version; a document for another route should not be presented as automatic coverage. The air fryer compliance guide and model coverage verification guide explain what importers should compare before relying on a document.
The buyer should provide the approved brand name, editable vector logo, color references, legal company details, barcode responsibility, product naming, contact text and required languages. The buyer remains responsible for having the right to use its brand and supplied artwork. Screenshots or low-resolution chat images are useful for discussion but should not be treated as final production files.
Brand placement must be reviewed by location. Product logo, control-panel graphics, rating label, gift box, manual, warranty card and master carton are separate approval objects. A logo approved on the appliance does not automatically approve the same logo size, color or position on every packing component.
A sample should close specific questions: appearance, control layout, requested markings, accessories, plug, cable, visible window or basket direction, and the agreed packing prototype where applicable. Record the sample date, route, version and unresolved items. A photo approval can support a limited visual decision, but it is not a substitute for checking every function or document needed by the buyer.
Use the air fryer sample approval guide to separate observations from approvals. If the approved sample contains temporary graphics or substitute packing, record those exceptions so that the production reference is not misunderstood.
Neutral packing, a factory-standard box and a buyer-designed private-label box are different project scopes. Before printing, the buyer should approve the correct dieline, product image, model name, capacity wording, voltage information, plug reference, barcode, language, handling marks and master-carton mark. Artwork files need revision numbers or dates so that an old PDF cannot silently return later in the order.
The air fryer packaging options guide explains these routes in detail. Packing dimensions and loading calculations should be tied to the quoted packing basis. A decorative mockup is not evidence of final carton dimensions or final container quantity.
The first batch should be compared with the approved product and packing records. Useful checks include model identity, appearance, control response, labels, plug and cable version, accessories, manual, gift box, master carton and shipping marks. The inspection scope and sampling basis should be agreed before inspection rather than invented after a disagreement appears.
Review the air fryer quality control guide, first-batch approval guide and pre-shipment inspection guide for separate checkpoints. These pages describe control methods; they do not promise that every test, certificate or inspection arrangement applies to every quoted model.
A successful first shipment does not remove the need for records. For a repeat order, compare the new purchase order with the previous approved product version, artwork revision, packing specification and inspection findings. Changes in components, color, control panel, plug, label, manual, carton or supplier reference should be recorded before the order is released.
After the first order reaches the market, use the repeat-order planning page to review sell-through and SKU performance. Selection, approval and reorder planning are three different decisions. Keeping them separate makes it easier to revise one weak route without disturbing the entire private-label line.
Approve the selected catalog route, version differences, sample reference and open technical questions. Do not approve a family name in place of an exact route.
Approve logo use, panel graphics, product label, manual, box and carton artwork as separate files with visible revision control.
Confirm quantity, packing basis, trade term, destination port and quotation version. Public pages do not display private prices.
Model availability, customization feasibility, document coverage, sample scope, packing data and production timing require confirmation for the exact project.
Factory videos are most useful when they answer a specific sourcing question. The air fryer showroom page supports catalog and appearance review. The PCB production workshop evidence page helps buyers ask how a control-board route is identified and approved. The certificate evidence page explains why documents must be matched to the quoted model rather than treated as general decoration.
For cooperation evidence, review the customer factory visit and customer order process video proof. The latter connects factory review, negotiation, inspection, container collection, arrival and opening as one documented order journey. These pages help a buyer prepare verification questions; they do not disclose another buyer's private commercial terms.
A useful request is short enough to review but complete enough to compare. Send one controlled brief instead of multiple disconnected chat messages. Missing fields can be marked “to confirm”; they should not be silently guessed.
