Freeze the Digital Panel Function Map
Before quotation, ask for the current control-panel image and identify every visible button, icon, indicator, display field and selectable function. The word digital does not establish the number of presets, time range, temperature range, memory behavior, illumination, sound, standby behavior or error display. Those points must come from the selected current version, not from a generic product name.
Create one approved panel function map that links each icon to its operating result. Record the power-on sequence, selection steps, adjustment direction, start or pause behavior, drawer-open response, end-of-cycle indication and reset method where applicable. If a requested feature is not shown on the approved sample or controlled specification, keep it outside the quotation and retail claims until verified.
Read 1400W and 2400W as Catalog Fields, Not Performance Conclusions
The public records list 1400W for models 21-6 10L, 21-3, 21-2 and 21-1. They list 2400W for model 21, the 21-6 / 12L Version and catalog P25. This difference is important for product identity and quotation comparison, but it does not by itself prove heating speed, cooking result, energy consumption, internal construction or market suitability.
Confirm rated voltage, frequency, plug, cord, fuse, nameplate and current electrical version for the destination market. A useful functional comparison needs the same test conditions, input voltage, load, selected program, time and measurement method. Do not convert a wattage line into an unsupported performance promise. Keep the approved nameplate, manual, color box and purchase order consistent.
Separate Capacity from Reused Model References
The base reference 21-6 appears on a published 10L visible stainless-steel route and on a separate 12L version. A purchase order that states only 21-6 is therefore incomplete. Use the full capacity wording, approved image, product dimensions, material, published wattage, dated specification and physical sample together. The inquiry should say either "21-6 10L visible, 1400W catalog route" or "21-6 / 12L Version, 2400W catalog route" until the final controlled model identity is agreed.
Capacity also does not explain basket geometry, usable cooking area or supplied accessories. Request current basket, tray and internal measurements when those details affect the buyer's channel. Model 21, the four 1400W routes and the 12L version publish the same product-size field, but that does not prove identical internal parts or packing.
Choose Visible or Non-Visible Direction Deliberately
Models 21-6 10L, 21-2 and 21-1 are named as visible routes. Model 21-3 is named as a stainless-steel digital route without visible wording. Select between them using the buyer's approved appearance, demonstration method, cleaning expectations, inspection points and retail communication. The page does not claim that either route sells better in every market.
For a visible route, verify window position, viewing area, surface condition, fit, seal, lighting if included in the current version, and how the retail artwork represents the feature. For a non-visible route, approve the exact front appearance and panel presentation. In both cases, compare the physical sample under the lighting and viewing distance used by the intended sales channel.
Control Material and Finish by Exact Model
The six coded 10L and 12L routes on this page publish stainless steel. Catalog P25 publishes plastic PP. Those are catalog material fields, not a complete bill of materials. Approve the visible housing surfaces, color, gloss, texture, trim, handle, panel, basket, tray and food-contact parts separately. Do not describe P25 as stainless steel and do not transfer its carton field to the coded stainless-steel routes.
If the buyer requires a finish reference, use a signed sample and controlled color or material standard. Product photos can vary with lighting and screen display. Inspection should compare the production unit with the approved sample rather than relying on a web image alone.
Localize the Interface, Manual and Retail Box as One System
OEM work on a digital product extends beyond placing a logo on the carton. Freeze panel icons and text, display abbreviations, product name, capacity, electrical markings, warnings, manual language, barcode and carton marks as a coordinated file set. Where local language is requested, approve terminology against the actual operation so that panel, manual and box do not give conflicting instructions.
Each artwork file should carry the exact route, revision and date. A visible 10L image must not be used for a non-visible route, a 12L statement must not be placed on a 10L unit, and a 2400W line must not be copied onto a 1400W record. Connect the files to the OEM artwork approval process and retain the approved packing sample before mass printing.
Approve the Operating Sample Before Production
A digital panel needs an operating sample review, not only a product photo. The buyer can test power-on behavior, button response, display readability, function selection, time and temperature adjustment, indicators, drawer response and completion behavior under agreed conditions. Record the sample identity, rated configuration and test observations. Any requested change should return through sample approval before the production version is frozen.
Do not assume that similar exterior dimensions prove shared electronics, heater, fan, sensor, basket, tray or software behavior. Even where published capacity, material and product size match, the exact route must remain linked to its approved sample and specification. Use the air fryer sample approval guide to control changes before deposit, artwork release and production.
Build Pre-Shipment Inspection Around the Digital Interface
The inspection checklist should name the exact model or catalog route and approved panel revision. Check appearance, capacity marking, material and finish, panel icons, display segments, button response, selected functions, indicators, drawer engagement, basket and tray, plug and cord, nameplate, manual, retail box, barcode, carton marks and counted quantity. Define the functional test conditions and acceptance evidence before inspection.
Agree sampling, defect classification, tolerance, report format and release authority in advance. A successful power-on check alone is not a complete digital-control inspection. Compare the result with the golden sample, signed specification, artwork and purchase order through the air fryer quality-control route and pre-shipment release process.
Use the P25 Carton Field Only Within Its Evidence Boundary
Catalog P25 publishes a carton field of 665 x 395 x 724mm, but it does not publish a current model code, quantity per carton, net weight or gross weight on the public route. Confirm what the dimensions represent and the current packing revision before calculating CBM or freight. The field cannot be used as final loading data by itself.
The six coded routes do not publish final carton data on their public pages. Request final carton dimensions, units per carton, net weight, gross weight and packing construction for the selected version. Use the carton and CBM guide only after those fields are controlled. Never move P25 packing data onto another model merely because capacity or wattage appears similar.
Plan Digital After-Sales Identification Before the First Order
Digital products require clear claim identification. Ask how the approved panel, power board, sensors, heater, fan, basket, tray, handle and other replaceable parts are referenced for the selected version. This page does not claim component interchangeability between any two routes. A shared housing size or model-family name is insufficient proof.
For a claim review, retain the exact model or catalog reference, capacity version, batch or serial reference where used, electrical label, fault description, quantity affected and agreed photo or video evidence. Define communication and evidence requirements before shipment through the air fryer after-sales guide.

Commercial and Evidence Boundary
MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. Yaoyuan Electric serves importers, distributors, wholesalers, supermarket buyers, appliance dealers and OEM brand customers. Retail and one-piece orders are not accepted. Prices remain private because the exact model, control version, electrical configuration, packing, quantity, trade term and destination must be comparable.
Public catalog fields are inquiry references. They do not confirm current availability, final production version, certification, software functions, loading quantity, delivery schedule, cooking performance or market demand. Final details are controlled by the approved sample, signed specification, artwork, purchase order, inspection basis and private quotation.
