Named Stainless Routes
21-6, 21-3, 21-2 and 21-1 publish 1400W. Model 21 publishes 2400W. All five publish Stainless steel and 346 x 282 x 290mm.
Controlled Air Fryer Model Matrix
Compare five named stainless-steel routes and two Plastic PP catalog routes by exact identity, published power and size field before sample approval or private wholesale quotation.
Direct Answer
The capacity line is only the first filter. Material, published power, visible wording, control direction, model identity and packing evidence must stay attached to the exact route.
21-6, 21-3, 21-2 and 21-1 publish 1400W. Model 21 publishes 2400W. All five publish Stainless steel and 346 x 282 x 290mm.
P24 and P25 publish 2400W, Plastic PP and a 665 x 395 x 724mm carton field. Neither route publishes a model code.
P24 is named dual-knob and P25 is named smart. The named stainless routes are smart; visible wording applies only where the exact title publishes it.
MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. Retail and one-piece orders are not accepted. Final configuration and availability require private confirmation.

Frequency, plug, basket, coating, accessories, complete packing basis, weights, loading quantity and model-specific evidence require confirmation.
A 10L label helps an importer create a shortlist, but it does not establish usable cooking space, basket geometry, control experience, cooking performance or packing efficiency. The buyer should first define the sales channel and intended product position, then evaluate the exact current sample. A supermarket program may emphasize retail-box communication and shelf presentation. A distributor may prioritize repeat-order consistency, service parts and a packing basis that can be compared across shipments.
The seven catalog routes on this page are inquiry references. They do not confirm that every route is available in every color, electrical version or packing option. State the selected route or say "not decided" so the factory can identify the correct current sample and the missing information needed for a comparable quotation.
Models 21-6, 21-3, 21-2, 21-1 and 21 publish Stainless steel and a product-size field of 346 x 282 x 290mm. P24 and P25 publish Plastic PP and a carton field of 665 x 395 x 724mm. These are different data types and different material directions. Do not treat the P24/P25 carton field as product dimensions, and do not transfer the named-model product size to P24 or P25.
The public P24 and P25 routes also do not publish model codes. Their catalog page identity must remain visible until the current model and sample are confirmed. A quotation, artwork or inspection record should never invent a model code merely to fill a form.
Models 21-6, 21-3, 21-2 and 21-1 publish 1400W. Model 21, P24 and P25 publish 2400W. These are electrical rating lines, not proof that one route cooks faster, uses energy more efficiently or performs better. A buyer who needs a performance comparison should define a repeatable test using the approved sample, input voltage, food load, setting, duration and measured result.
Keep wattage consistent across the sample, nameplate, manual, retail box, purchase order and inspection checklist. If the destination market requires a different electrical configuration, obtain confirmation for that exact route rather than changing the public line in artwork.
The titles for 21-6, 21-2 and 21-1 publish visible wording. The 21-3 and Model 21 titles do not. P24 is identified by a dual-knob direction, and P25 by a smart direction. These words describe separate catalog identities and should not be mixed to create a more attractive product name.
If a buyer requires a viewing window, confirm its position, material, visibility during operation, protective packing and cleaning requirements on the selected current sample. The visible and glass air fryer matrix explains the evidence boundary without assuming that every 10L model uses the same construction.
For the smart routes, record the display, buttons, programs, icons, time and temperature setting method, indicator behavior and language. A smart title does not publish the complete interface or prove that programs are identical across models. For P24, confirm both knob functions, printed scales, rotation directions, stop positions and indicator behavior.
The product panel, manual and retail box must describe the same operation. OEM artwork changes should be checked on the current sample before mass printing. Use the digital-control matrix for smart-route questions and the manual-control matrix for P24.
All seven routes publish 10L, but the capacity line does not define the inner basket, tray, usable cooking area, coating, handle, drawer or supplied accessories. Inspect and measure the current sample. Record every cooking part, removable component and accessory included in the retail box.
Where capacity or a cooking claim appears on OEM packing, align the wording with the approved route and buyer-accepted evidence. Do not infer basket compatibility from the shared 346 x 282 x 290mm product-size field among the named stainless routes.
P24 and P25 publish a carton field of 665 x 395 x 724mm. That field alone is not enough to calculate CBM per unit or loading quantity. Confirm what the field represents, quantity per carton, retail-box dimensions, master-carton dimensions, net weight, gross weight, protective inserts and the packing revision.
The named stainless routes do not publish final carton data on their public product pages. Request the complete approved packing basis for the selected model. Only then calculate freight and compare landed cost using the carton and CBM guide.
After route and sample approval, define logo method, product color, control-panel artwork, capacity wording, wattage and voltage markings, warnings, manual language, barcode, retail-box panels and carton marks. Each file needs the exact model or catalog route and a revision date.
Check that product photography, visible wording, control layout and material description match the selected route. A P24 dual-knob image must not be used for P25 smart packing. A 1400W named route must not carry a 2400W label. Follow the OEM artwork approval process before mass printing.
The sample review can cover appearance, dimensions, material direction, controls, basket and tray, handle and drawer, plug and cord, electrical label, function, noise, odor, heating response, shutdown, manual and packing. Where performance matters, agree the test setup, measurement method and acceptance tolerance.
Pre-shipment inspection should cite the exact approved route, sample, specification and artwork revision. Inspect model and capacity markings, wattage and voltage, control operation, supplied parts, label, manual, retail box, barcode, carton marks, quantity and packing condition. The air fryer inspection guide and shipment release process provide the control path.
A lower unit quotation may not produce a lower landed cost. Compare the exact route, approved packing, quantity per carton, CBM, weights, freight, trade term, local handling, inspection plan and expected service support. Public prices are not shown because incomplete route and packing inputs create false comparisons.
For a mixed container, identify the 10L air fryer route and approved packing first, then add other appliance categories. Container allocation can only be planned after each selected item has a complete packing basis. See the mixed-container sourcing page.
MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. Yaoyuan Electric serves importers, distributors, wholesalers, supermarket buyers, appliance dealers and OEM brand customers. Retail and one-piece orders are not accepted.
Public catalog fields do not confirm current availability, final production version, certification, carton quantity, loading quantity, delivery schedule, cooking performance or market demand. Final order details are governed by the approved current sample, signed specification, artwork, purchase order, packing basis, inspection criteria and private quotation.
