Step 1: Commercial Role
State whether the route is an entry model, core family model, larger-capacity offer, retail-display product or private-label brand direction.
Pre-Quotation Selection Router
Build a controlled shortlist by capacity, interface, visible design, material, destination electrical version and packing basis before comparing factory quotations.
Direct Answer
This page routes a first inquiry to the correct decision matrix. It does not replace sample approval, packing calculations or repeat-order planning.
State whether the route is an entry model, core family model, larger-capacity offer, retail-display product or private-label brand direction.
Select a capacity range, then narrow by manual or digital control, visible wording, material and exact catalog identity.
Provide country, rated voltage, frequency, plug, manual language, sales channel and any document requirement.
Freeze quantity, packing, trade term and destination before comparing unit price, carton basis and landed cost.
Capacity Routes
Capacity wording remains attached to the exact catalog route. It does not by itself define basket geometry, usable cooking space or packing efficiency.
Use for published compact-capacity routes. Confirm basket, product size, control and complete packing basis.
Review the exact 5L catalog identities instead of transferring specifications from nearby capacity versions.
Compare published 6L routes by model, material, visible wording and current sample evidence.
Compare five controlled 8L routes and one separate 8.5L Plastic PP + glass catalog route.
Compare seven routes across 1400W and 2400W ratings, Stainless steel and Plastic PP data.
Keep 12L identities separate from the 10L route that shares the base reference 21-6.
Use the exact large-capacity catalog route and confirm its current sample, packing and destination version.
Interface and Appearance Routes
Compare published single-knob and dual-knob routes. Confirm every function, scale, icon, direction and stop position on the current sample.
Compare separately controlled smart routes. Confirm display, buttons, programs, settings, indicators and artwork.
Preserve exact catalog wording. Visible, glass model and glass lid are not interchangeable engineering definitions.
Open the full published air fryer catalog when the capacity or interface direction has not yet been decided.

Before choosing a model, state what job it should perform in the buyer's assortment. An entry route may be intended to reach a lower wholesale tier. A core route may need a balanced family-size story and repeat supply. A larger-capacity or visible route may be used for stronger display differentiation. An OEM route may prioritize exterior identity, controlled artwork and service continuity.
Do not ask one first-order SKU to satisfy every customer segment. A clear role makes sample comparison more useful and prevents a price-only shortlist. If the role cannot be stated in one sentence, the buying requirement is not yet specific enough for a final quotation.
Use the 4L, 5L, 6L, 8L, 10L, 12L and 15L matrices to identify published routes. Keep every capacity line attached to its exact model or catalog identity. A headline capacity does not publish basket shape, tray dimensions, usable cooking area or a serving claim.
For the final shortlist, inspect the current basket, tray, handle, drawer and supplied accessories. If capacity wording appears on OEM artwork, it must match the approved sample and controlled specification. Never move a capacity claim between similar-looking products.
Control and appearance are separate selection layers. Manual control may use one or two knobs, but the label does not publish the function map or ranges. Digital or smart wording does not establish the number of programs, display logic or setting behavior. Visible wording does not establish glass type, viewing construction or protective packing.
Open the corresponding matrix and record the exact route. The same capacity can have different control, material and appearance directions. The final sample, panel artwork, manual and retail box must describe one consistent version.
Catalog wording such as Stainless steel, Plastic PP or Plastic PP + glass should remain connected to the published route. It does not define every internal or food-contact component. Similar external dimensions also do not prove shared baskets, heaters, fans, thermostats, PCBs, switches or spare parts.
For each shortlisted SKU, record the exact model code or catalog page identity, product image, published material, current sample and specification revision. When no public model code exists, do not invent one. Use the catalog route until the factory confirms the current controlled identity.
Provide the country, rated voltage, frequency, plug, cord requirement, label language and manual language before final quotation. A public AC220-240V line does not automatically confirm frequency, plug, fuse, cord or model-specific compliance evidence.
If the destination requires certification or testing documents, identify the exact route and requirement. Evidence for one model or version should not be assumed to cover another. Electrical details must match across the approved sample, nameplate, manual, retail box and purchase order.
A product-size field is not a master-carton field, and a carton dimension alone is not a complete loading basis. Request retail-box dimensions, quantity per master carton, master-carton dimensions, net weight, gross weight and protective inserts for the approved packing revision.
OEM logo, product color, control-panel artwork, barcode, manual, retail box and carton marks should be approved after model selection. If packing changes, update freight calculations and inspection references. Use the air fryer packaging guide and carton data guide once the route is fixed.
A useful first comparison normally needs a small number of clearly different routes, not an entire catalog sent without context. Record why each candidate remains: capacity role, control direction, appearance, material, product size, packing status or OEM fit. Remove routes that cannot meet the destination electrical version or the buyer's channel requirements.
Ask the factory to answer missing fields for the same candidates. When the inputs are aligned, compare sample evidence, packing basis, trade term and private quotation. This produces a decision that can be inspected and repeated.
The sample plan should be tied to the reason each route was shortlisted. Review appearance, dimensions, control operation, basket and tray, coating, handle and drawer, plug and cord, label, function, noise, odor, heating response, shutdown, manual and packing. Define measurement methods and tolerances where acceptance depends on a result.
Freeze the approved version with dated photos, signed specifications and artwork revisions. If the selected sample changes, update every controlled record. The sample approval guide provides the next step.
This page ends when a controlled shortlist is ready for sample and quotation. Launch quantities, sell-through evidence, reorder points, exception rules and SKU lifecycle decisions belong to the separate model selection and repeat-order planning guide. Keeping these stages separate prevents early assumptions from being treated as market evidence.
Yaoyuan Electric serves importers, distributors, wholesalers, supermarket buyers, appliance dealers and OEM brand customers. Wholesale only; MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. Retail and one-piece orders are not accepted.
Public catalog information supports shortlisting. It does not confirm current availability, final production version, certification, packing quantity, loading quantity, delivery schedule, cooking performance or market demand. Final details are controlled by the approved sample, signed specification, artwork, purchase order, packing basis, inspection criteria and private quotation.
Controlled Shortlist Request
State two or three routes, or say "not decided," then provide the buyer channel, destination version and packing requirement.
Two or three controlled catalog routes with clearly recorded missing fields.
Starts from 1000 PCS. Exact route, version, color and packing require confirmation.
Current samples, complete packing data and private quotations are compared after the shortlist is controlled.
