Preserve the Exact Catalog Wording
The public records use three different labels: visible, glass model and glass lid. Those labels help identify a route, but they do not publish the same construction detail. Do not rewrite all eight products as window air fryers or assume that every glass component is located, fixed or removed in the same way. Keep the original wording beside the exact model or catalog reference until the current physical sample defines the structure.
The inquiry should identify the route by model, capacity, image and description. Examples include "JD-888 4L Glass Model," "DR-888 6L Visible," "QF-3068 6L Glass Model," "P17 8.5L Glass Model" and "JD-19 12L Glass-Lid." For the three 10L digital visible routes, use model 21-6, 21-2 or 21-1 together with the approved image.
Compare Capacity and Product Dimensions Without Filling Gaps
The matrix spans 4L, 6L, 8.5L, 10L and 12L. Published product dimensions are 214 x 287 x 273mm for JD-888, 320 x 265 x 310mm for DR-888, 250 x 260 x 260mm for P17, 346 x 282 x 290mm for the three 10L visible stainless-steel routes, and 400 x 280 x 300mm for JD-19. QF-3068 does not publish a product-size field on its public page.
Do not copy the DR-888 dimensions to QF-3068 simply because both publish 6L, 2400W, AC220-240V and plastic PP plus glass. Matching fields do not prove matching housing, basket, tray, viewing structure or packing. Request current dimensions, basket measurements and supplied accessories for QF-3068 and retain the missing public field as open until verified.
Separate Stainless-Steel Visible Routes from PP-plus-Glass Routes
Models 21-6 10L, 21-2 and 21-1 publish stainless steel. JD-888, DR-888, P17, JD-19 and QF-3068 publish plastic PP plus glass. These are catalog material fields, not complete bills of materials. The buyer should approve visible surfaces, color, trim, handle, panel, basket, tray, coating and every supplied part on the current sample.
A photograph cannot establish material thickness, grade, glass specification, heat resistance, coating performance or food-contact compliance. If those points matter to the destination market or purchase order, request controlled documents or agreed test evidence for the selected version. Do not use one route's material statement to describe another.
Define the Viewing Structure on the Physical Sample
The buyer should record where the viewing area is located, how it is integrated, what can be seen during operation and which parts are removable. Check fit, alignment, surface condition, edge condition, gaps, movement, contact with adjacent parts and cleaning access. If a light is present on the selected version, confirm its control and inspection method rather than assuming it from an image.
For showroom or product-video use, approve what the camera can actually show under the intended lighting. The site does not promise that a visible route will increase sales or that cooking status is equally clear on every product. Commercial presentation should be based on the approved sample and truthful retail claims.
Keep Control Type Separate from the Glass Description
The three 10L visible routes are also listed in the digital air fryer matrix. The words glass model or glass lid on the other routes do not establish whether the control is digital, single knob, dual knob or another current configuration. Review the exact panel image and function map for JD-888, DR-888, P17, JD-19 and QF-3068 before artwork and quotation.
Where a digital interface is selected, freeze icons, display fields and operating sequence through the digital air fryer model matrix. Where a manual interface is selected, freeze knob count, scale and function mapping through the manual control matrix. Do not let the viewing feature replace control approval.
Approve Protective Packing Around the Exact Product
A visible or glass-described product requires packing review around the actual unit. Approve protective material placement, product orientation, accessory position, bag and surface protection, retail-box support and export-carton construction. Review how the unit is handled during packing, warehouse movement and inspection. The required method depends on the selected structure and approved packing sample.
The public product routes in this matrix do not provide a complete final loading basis with all carton dimensions, units per carton, net weight and gross weight. Request those fields for the current packing revision before CBM or freight calculation. Product dimensions are not carton dimensions. Use the carton and CBM guide after packing is frozen.
Control OEM Images and Claims
OEM artwork should show the selected route, not a visually similar substitute. The box, manual, online image and sales sheet must use the correct capacity, model identity, product image, material wording, electrical data and viewing-feature description. P17 must be identified by its catalog reference and approved image until the current model code is confirmed.
Do not claim glass thickness, temperature resistance, transparency, visibility, illumination or cooking performance unless the controlled version and evidence support the wording. Approve the logo, color, product name, panel, warnings, manual language, barcode and carton marks through the OEM artwork approval route.
Inspect the Viewing Component and Complete Appliance Together
The pre-shipment checklist should name the exact route and approved sample. Inspect appearance, viewing component, fit and alignment, surface condition, adjacent gaps, handle and drawer, basket and tray, coating, controls, indicators, electrical label, plug and cord, manual, retail box, protective packing, barcode, carton marks and counted quantity. Add an agreed function test for the selected control version.
Define sampling, defect classification, measurement method, photo evidence and shipment-release authority before inspection. A clear viewing component does not replace electrical or functional inspection, and a successful power-on check does not replace packing inspection. Connect the order to the air fryer quality-control guide and pre-shipment release process.
Plan Spare-Part and Claim Identification
Ask how the viewing or glass component, basket, tray, handle, drawer, panel and other replaceable parts are identified for the approved route. The site does not claim that similar-looking parts are interchangeable. Capacity, power or material wording alone cannot establish compatibility.
For claim review, retain the exact model or catalog reference, approved image, capacity, batch or serial reference where used, packing information, fault description, affected quantity and agreed photo or video evidence. Use the after-sales and spare-parts guide to define evidence before shipment.

Commercial and Evidence Boundary
MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. Yaoyuan Electric serves importers, distributors, wholesalers, supermarket buyers, appliance dealers and OEM brand customers. Retail and one-piece orders are not accepted. Prices remain private because model, structure, electrical configuration, packing, quantity, trade term and destination must be comparable.
Public catalog fields are inquiry references. They do not confirm current availability, final production version, certification, glass specification, control functions, loading quantity, delivery schedule, cooking performance or market demand. Final details are controlled by the approved sample, specification, artwork, purchase order, inspection basis and private quotation.
