Select one current route, approve its physical sample and keep the same identity through quotation, production and inspection.
15L Air Fryer Data-Control Matrix
Direct Answer: JD-989A is the current public route whose specification list explicitly states 15L. Catalog P19 is presented under a 15L title, but its public specification list does not repeat a capacity field and does not publish a model code. The two records therefore require different verification steps.
Procurement rule: do not use P19 carton or loading figures for JD-989A, and do not use the JD-989A capacity field to complete missing P19 data. Each quotation must be tied to one current model, image, sample, specification and packing record.
Wholesale only. MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. Public prices are not displayed because product identity, electrical version, packing, quantity, trade basis and destination must be aligned first.
Buyer Fit
The page controls data before comparing price, carton economics or shipment planning.
Select one current route, approve its physical sample and keep the same identity through quotation, production and inspection.
Confirm product footprint, retail box, barcode, manual, shelf presentation, master carton and receiving data.
Connect capacity wording, artwork, electrical labels and the approved product version before mass printing.
Allocate space only after each model has final carton dimensions, quantity per carton, weights and packing approval.
Two Evidence Levels
Catalog text is useful for inquiry preparation, but missing fields remain open until current sample and signed specification review.
Capacity-confirmed catalog route P12
The public record does not publish final retail-box or master-carton data. Loading and landed-cost calculations require current packing confirmation.
Title-level 15L catalog route P19
The current model code, capacity, material, product dimensions, electrical version, packing basis and loading calculation must be verified together.
Data Gate
A title, image, specification list and packing line are separate evidence fields.
Confirm the current model code, exact image, capacity version, material, product dimensions and dated specification.
Confirm rated voltage and frequency, plug, cord, fuse where applicable, label, manual and destination-market evidence.
Approve the retail box, quantity per carton, master carton, protection, net and gross weight and carton marks.
Recalculate loading and landed cost using the exact approved model and final packing rather than a catalog line alone.
JD-989A publishes a model code, 15L capacity, 2400W, AC220-240V, Plastic PP plus glass and product dimensions of 310x290x375mm. P19 publishes a different image, no public model code, 2400W, the wording AC110-220V, carton data and a loading figure. Its specification list does not repeat a capacity field, material or product size.
A buyer cannot use the shared 2400W line to conclude that the construction, usable cooking space, controls, heating system, accessories or packing are the same. A price comparison is valid only after both offers use the same level of data. Use the quotation comparison method to mark confirmed, provisional and missing fields.
For JD-989A, the public capacity field supports the 15L identification, but it does not define usable cooking-space dimensions, basket or tray geometry, supplied accessories or serving claims. Measure the current sample and record every cooking component included in the retail unit.
For P19, capacity must first be confirmed on the current product, signed specification and approved sample. The title should not be treated as a substitute for a complete capacity field. Any box artwork, manual or sales claim using 15L should be approved against the verified physical version.
P19 publishes a carton size of 82x41x80cm, four units per carton and a 40HQ figure of 1044. These lines belong to that catalog route only. They do not prove the current model code, packing revision, gross weight, loading method or continued validity for the quotation date.
Request a current packing sheet that identifies the product, retail-box dimensions, four-unit arrangement, protection materials, master-carton dimensions, net and gross weight and date. Recalculate cubic volume and check whether the published 40HQ figure refers to units or cartons. The carton and CBM guide explains the required basis. Never transfer P19 data to JD-989A.
JD-989A publishes product dimensions of 310x290x375mm. These dimensions support preliminary countertop, shelf and opening-clearance review but do not define the retail box or shipping carton. A larger appliance may require more protection, but the amount cannot be assumed from product size alone.
P19 publishes carton dimensions but not product dimensions. This means the two routes cannot yet be compared for display footprint or packing efficiency. Obtain both product and packing measurements for each exact route before evaluating warehouse space, container mix or landed cost.
A lower unit price is not comparable when one offer includes a different capacity basis, electrical version, accessory set, retail box, carton quantity or trade term. Ask both routes to use the same quantity, destination version, OEM scope, inspection basis, Incoterm, currency and quotation validity. Keep tooling, samples, artwork, spare parts and one-time charges separate from the recurring unit price.
Then compare product cost, packing volume, units per carton, estimated freight basis and destination charges using the same assumptions. P19 may appear to provide more logistics data, but that does not make it commercially comparable until its current model and capacity are resolved. JD-989A needs its own final packing sheet before any landed-cost result is complete. The purpose is not to predict profit; it is to show which inputs are confirmed and which can still change.
JD-989A publishes AC220-240V. P19 publishes AC110-220V, which is not enough to prove a universal-voltage product. The buyer must confirm the exact rated voltage and frequency of the destination version, then verify the nameplate, plug, cord, controls, heating components and internal electrical configuration.
Separate 110-120V and 220-240V versions where required. Do not use one sample, label or compliance document for another electrical version without exact-model review. The plug and voltage guide and air fryer evidence guide provide destination-market checkpoints.
JD-989A publishes Plastic PP plus glass. That field does not identify every component, plastic grade, glass assembly, coating, basket, tray or food-contact surface. Inspect the current glass condition, support, opening mechanism and cleaning access, then record each supplied food-contact part.
P19 does not publish a material field. Its material and food-contact construction must be established independently. Evidence from JD-989A cannot complete missing P19 data. Use the food-contact evidence route to connect materials, samples and exact-model documents.
Neither catalog record provides a complete public list of controls, programs, temperature range, timer, indicators, door or drawer construction, safety functions or included accessories. Define these requirements in the buyer specification and approve them on the sample.
The operating test should record input supply, load, selected time and temperature, control response, heater and fan operation, opening behavior, shutdown and visible or audible abnormalities. Do not turn a catalog image into an unsupported feature claim.
Private-label artwork must identify the correct model and verified capacity. For P19, do not mass-print a 15L claim until the current model, capacity and sample have been approved. For JD-989A, connect the 15L claim to the same product version used for the quotation and inspection.
Approve the logo, capacity text, electrical label, warnings, manual language, barcode, retail box and master-carton marks as a revision-controlled set. The air fryer packing guide and order handover process reduce artwork and version mismatch.
The golden sample should carry the model or temporary catalog reference, capacity status, product image, dimensions, materials, electrical version, controls, included parts and approved artwork. P19 should not proceed as an unnamed configuration once production documents are prepared; the current model identity must be resolved.
Keep the sample approval, signed specification and packing sheet connected to the purchase order. If any component, control board, heater, glass assembly, basket, label or packing structure changes, use written approval before mass production. See the golden sample guide and component change route.
The inspection checklist should state JD-989A or the resolved P19 model code. Check appearance, product dimensions, capacity evidence, materials, controls, food-contact parts, electrical markings, plug and cord, operation, accessories, artwork, retail box, carton marks, packing quantity and counted order quantity.
For P19, verify the four-unit carton arrangement and compare current carton measurements with the approved packing sheet. For JD-989A, do not assume any P19 carton basis. Define sampling, defects, tests, evidence and release authority before inspection through the air fryer QC guide and shipment release route.
A repeat order should start from the last approved model, sample, specification, artwork, electrical version, packing sheet and inspection record. It should not start from a screenshot or a shortened product name. Confirm whether any component, supplier, software, heater, glass assembly, food-contact part or packing material has changed since the previous shipment.
For P19, preserve the resolved production model code once it is established. For JD-989A, preserve the exact 15L version and its dated packing revision. Compare receiving and after-sales findings with the same identity before adjusting order quantity or specification. This creates a usable procurement history and prevents old carton or loading data from being copied into a changed configuration.
MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. Yaoyuan Electric serves importers, distributors, wholesalers, supermarket buyers, appliance dealers and OEM brand customers. Retail and one-piece orders are not accepted. A private quotation follows exact route, product identity, capacity, electrical version, packing, quantity, trade basis and destination confirmation.
Public catalog data does not prove current availability, final production version, delivery schedule, market demand, profit, universal certification or final loading. P19 figures remain route-specific and provisional until the current model and packing revision are confirmed.
