Applicant and manufacturer
Check the legal company names and addresses on the document. They should be understood in relation to the proposed supplier, factory and order route.
Model coverage
Match the model number, series or declared product scope to the exact version being quoted. A similar appearance or category name is not enough.
Standard and target market
Confirm that the referenced standard and document type are relevant to the destination market and buyer's sales channel.
Number, version and date
Record the certificate or report number, issue date, amendment or version status, and any stated validity conditions.
Order configuration
Check whether changes to voltage, plug, components, materials, firmware, accessories or OEM branding affect document applicability.

What the video establishes
It records that certificate and patent documents were displayed at the time of filming and supports company-level due diligence.
What it cannot establish
It cannot prove the exact certification status of an unidentified model, a future configuration or a buyer's destination-market requirement.
What the buyer should request
Send the exact product model, country, electrical version and required standard before requesting document review.
What controls the order
The signed specification, approved sample, order-specific documents and agreed inspection method remain the operational controls.

Certification and test-document availability must be checked against the exact product, internal configuration and destination market. When a buyer provides a model and market requirement, the relevant document path can be reviewed before the commercial offer is finalized.
Design patents and product-compliance documents answer different questions. A design patent may support appearance or intellectual-property evidence, while a safety or EMC document relates to a defined product and standard. Buyers should not substitute one type of evidence for another.
