Importers and Distributors
For Chilean companies controlling import, regional distribution, dealer supply or wholesale resale.
Chile Importer Sourcing Center
Prepare a controlled wholesale order for air fryers, blenders, electric fans, rice cookers, ceramic hobs, vacuum sealers or bottled water pumps. Freeze the exact model and electrical identity, approve Spanish OEM files, identify SEC and customs questions, inspect the same order version and request a private quotation. Wholesale only. MOQ starts from 1000 PCS.
Commercial Scope
For Chilean companies controlling import, regional distribution, dealer supply or wholesale resale.
For purchasing teams requiring Spanish consumer files, controlled barcodes, importer identity and repeat-order records.
For buyers able to approve the exact product, brand files, labels, manual, packing and compliance responsibilities.
For importers combining approved SKUs while controlling MOQ, cartons, CBM, weight, evidence and inspection by model.
Price is prepared after model, quantity, electrical identity, OEM scope, evidence, inspection, port and trade term are fixed.
MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. Retail, one-piece orders and public consumer prices are not supported.
A useful Chile factory quotation starts with the legal importing company, buyer channel, destination region, product category, exact model, quantity by model, required electrical or charging identity, Spanish OEM scope, destination port, trade term, evidence questions and inspection plan. These inputs define the version that can be sampled, quoted, documented, produced and inspected. A general request for a Chile version or the lowest unit price does not control the commercial order.
The buyer and qualified Chilean parties should determine tariff classification, valuation, SEC certification scope where applicable, labeling, consumer information, customs, tax and market responsibilities for the exact product. Yaoyuan Electric can coordinate available factory-side model, component, artwork, sample, packing, production, inspection and cargo-handoff information. We do not represent every public catalog model as approved for sale in Chile.
Use the regional decision pages below to compare real catalog routes and model boundaries. Then identify the exact model or controlled product direction in the Chile RFQ.

Review carton inputsThe buyer should state the required voltage, frequency, plug, cord, rated label and internal electrical version in the RFQ. A product photo, travel adaptor or regional catalog title does not define the correct Chile order. If a public catalog page shows AC220-240V, it remains a discovery reference until a current sample, signed specification and applicable destination review confirm the proposed version.
Do not transfer electrical or certification information between models. A different motor, heater, PCB, cord, plug, battery or construction revision can change the evidence required for the order. The signed specification, sample, labels, manuals, packing and inspection checklist should all identify the same version.
Chile's Superintendence of Electricity and Fuels explains that products within mandatory certification scope must follow an authorized certification system and carry the applicable SEC certification mark; an energy-efficiency label may also apply. SEC also provides an official product search for current mandatory-certification scope. The Chilean importer or qualified local party should search the exact commercial product and protocol before approving the order.
Foreign reports or certificates are not automatically a Chile market approval. SEC describes a recognition route for foreign certification, but the process still involves an SEC-authorized certification body and the applicable protocol. The factory can provide available model-specific records for review. The importer and qualified Chilean parties own the final certification path, application, local representation and authorization decisions.
Prepare the product name, model, rating information, color box, manual, barcode, warnings, claims, buyer-supplied importer details and master-carton mark as controlled files. The buyer should approve Chilean Spanish text and all local consumer information before printing. The factory can apply approved content to the agreed format, but it should not invent legal statements, certification marks, importer identities, performance claims or third-party approvals.
Keep filenames, revision numbers, approval dates and authorized approvers in the release record. Inspect printed samples against the same release. A Spanish file used in another country should not be accepted automatically because importer details, terminology, electrical identity, warnings and legal responsibilities can differ.
Ask the Chilean customs broker or qualified adviser to review tariff classification, declared value, origin, import declaration, supporting documents, applicable duties or taxes and any product-specific authorization. ChileAtiende explains that customs duties are paid after the import declaration has been prepared and validated by the National Customs Service. Chile's customs service can also issue advance rulings on classification, valuation and certain origin questions.
The factory quotation should identify the exact product, packing, quantity, trade term and cargo handoff. The buyer's landed-cost model should separately include freight, insurance where applicable, destination charges, customs, taxes, broker charges, local transport, inspection, finance and after-sales reserve. This separation lets the importer update local assumptions without changing the product specification.
Build an evidence matrix beginning with the product model, construction and regulated scope. Link available test reports, declarations, certificates, food-contact records, battery transport records, component information and factory documents to the same version. Record the issuer, report or certificate number, tested model, key components, standard or protocol, issue date, status and unresolved gaps.
A certificate for another model, an old report for a different motor or heater, or a file that does not identify the ordered construction is not automatic evidence. Resolve gaps before purchase-order release. Do not print an SEC mark, energy label or other conformity mark until the responsible Chilean parties have confirmed the legal basis and exact approved use.
A showroom sample demonstrates a product direction. The purchase order should reference a current approved sample or signed specification. Define key components, rated-label review, dimensions, accessories, workmanship, operating checks, packing, barcode, carton marks and agreed safety or performance checks before production is presented for inspection.
Inspection should verify the same model, electrical version, component revision, Spanish artwork and carton set referenced by the purchase order. Air fryers, blenders, fans, rice cookers, hobs, sealers and pumps require different operating checks. Record sampling, acceptance criteria, defect handling, reinspection responsibility and shipment-release authority.

No blanket claim is made. The importer and qualified Chilean parties must determine current SEC scope and the required route for the exact product and revision.
Yes, after the buyer supplies or approves controlled Spanish text, importer details, artwork, labels, barcodes, warnings and claims for the exact order.
Mixed-container planning is available after MOQ, cartons, CBM, weight, evidence, artwork and inspection are reconciled by SKU.
Do not assume it can. SEC describes recognition systems, but applicability and completion must be confirmed through the authorized Chile route for the exact product.
A responsible B2B price depends on model, quantity, electrical identity, OEM scope, packing, evidence, inspection, port and trade term.
No. Yaoyuan coordinates factory-side inputs. The buyer and qualified local parties own regulatory, customs, tax, channel and final market decisions.
