A responsible Chile air fryer quotation begins with the legal importing company, buyer channel, exact model or controlled capacity route, quantity, control system, visible or standard construction, required electrical identity, Spanish OEM files, individual packing, master carton, destination port, trade term, evidence questions and inspection plan. These inputs must describe the same saleable version that will be sampled, documented, produced and inspected.
Yaoyuan Electric can coordinate available factory-side model, component, sample, artwork, packing, production, inspection and cargo-handoff information. The Chilean importer and qualified local parties own tariff classification, SEC scope, certification or authorization route, customs, taxes, consumer information and final market decisions. No public catalog model is represented as automatically approved for Chile.
The fields below reproduce published catalog data for discovery. They are not final production specifications, performance guarantees or Chile approvals. Confirm the current sample, model identity, functions, electrical version, plug, accessories, packing and signed specification for the proposed order.
Published route: 4L, 2400W, AC220-240V and Plastic PP. Confirm controls, basket, plug, cord, carton and current sample.
Published route: 6L, 2400W, AC220-240V and Plastic PP. Keep this construction separate from other 6L catalog records.
Published route: 8L, 2400W, AC220-240V and Plastic PP. Confirm controls, drawer, basket and Chile order identity.
Published route: 10L, 2400W, AC220-240V and Plastic PP. No public model code is shown, so identity requires confirmation.
Published route: 12L, 2400W, AC220-240V, Plastic PP plus glass. Confirm glass, lid, accessories and protective packing.
Review additional manual, digital, visible and larger-format catalog directions before fixing a shortlist.
Decide whether each model is an opening-price item, core family capacity, visible step-up product, digital feature direction or larger-format anchor. This is a buyer assortment decision, not a factory sales guarantee. Use channel evidence, target cost structure, carton economics, service ability and range overlap. Avoid splitting MOQ across too many visually similar products before a core model has been approved.
The quotation should show quantity by exact model. If manual and digital versions are combined, control their specifications, artwork, cartons and inspection criteria separately. A common capacity or similar appearance does not prove common construction, functions or evidence.
State required voltage, frequency, plug, cord and rated-label direction in the RFQ. Published AC220-240V data is a starting reference, not a complete Chile order version. A travel adaptor or visually compatible plug does not establish the required construction. The sample, signed specification, rating label, Spanish manual, factory records and inspection checklist must identify the same electrical version.
Do not transfer reports or certificates between model codes, voltage versions, control systems or component revisions. Changes to the heater, PCB, thermal protection, cord, plug, basket or enclosure can change the evidence required. List confirmed data, factory review items and open destination questions before order release.
Chile's Superintendence of Electricity and Fuels states that products within mandatory certification scope must follow an authorized certification system and carry the applicable SEC certification mark; an energy-efficiency label applies only where required. SEC maintains an official search for products subject to mandatory certification. The importer or qualified Chilean party should search the exact product and current protocol, then select the applicable authorized route.
SEC's public product records include certified air fryers, demonstrating that air fryers must not be handled as a generic, evidence-free category. A foreign report or certificate is not automatically a Chile approval. SEC describes a recognition system for foreign certification, but an SEC-authorized certification body and the applicable protocol remain part of the process. Do not print the SEC mark until the responsible Chilean parties confirm the legal basis and exact authorized use.
OEM files may include product logo, control-panel wording, model reference, approved rated data, warnings, instructions, barcode, importer information, color box, manual, rating label and master-carton marks. The buyer supplies accurate local text and approves all legal and consumer-facing claims. The factory places only approved content into the agreed format and does not invent certification marks, importer identities or performance claims.
Keep file names, revisions, approvers and approval dates in the release record. Match the label, manual, color box and carton to the exact product and electrical version. A Spanish file from another country is not automatically suitable for Chile because importer details, terminology, warnings and regulated information can differ.
Do not compare offers only by unit price. Normalize exact model, electrical version, accessories, OEM work, individual box, units per carton, carton dimensions, net and gross weight, CBM, inspection, trade term and cargo handoff. Larger capacity, glass parts and protective inserts can change packing volume and handling.
The importer should separately calculate freight, insurance where applicable, destination charges, duties, taxes, customs broker costs, local transport, finance and after-sales reserve. ChileAtiende explains that customs duties are paid after the import declaration has been prepared and validated by the National Customs Service. Use qualified Chilean parties for current classification, valuation and payment decisions.
The approval file should identify model code, revision, capacity route, control type, basket and drawer, visible or glass parts, heater and protection direction, rated label, plug, cord, accessories, color, Spanish artwork, barcode, importer information and packing. A showroom unit supports discovery but should not silently become the production standard.
The pre-shipment inspection can cover purchase-order identity, quantity, appearance, controls, basic operation, timer or display behavior, drawer and basket fit, visible parts, rated label, plug, cord, accessories, Spanish manual, barcode, color box, carton marks and carton quantity. Agree sampling and acceptance criteria for the actual order, and identify the model and production lot in inspection evidence.
