SC-7031 single-burner ceramic hob catalog route for Brazil wholesale import planning

Buyer Qualification

Who this Brazil ceramic hob route is built for

Importers and Distributors

Companies assigning controlled electric cooktop SKUs to Brazilian wholesale, dealer or regional distribution instead of buying an undefined catalog image.

Supermarket and Retail Buyers

Teams that need a Portuguese sale unit, importer identity, barcode, shelf communication, receiving controls and a repeatable model baseline.

Private-Label Buyers

OEM customers prepared to approve the exact burner route, electrical version, Brazilian plug, logo, rated label, manual, box and carton marks before production.

Mixed-Container Buyers

Importers coordinating ceramic hobs with air fryers, blenders, rice cookers, fans or water pumps under one documented Brazil shipment plan.

Importer Decision File

Direct answer for a Brazil ceramic hob sourcing decision

A usable quotation begins with one importing company, one destination state or sales region and one defined sales channel. Then identify the required product family, single- or double-burner route, exact catalog reference, quantity, rated-power direction, voltage, frequency, Brazilian plug and cord, control system, glass or surface appearance, intended cookware demonstration, Portuguese OEM scope, destination port, trade term, target warehouse-ready date, sample plan and inspection requirement.

Do not compare suppliers until those fields describe the same commercial version. A black-glass image does not establish the heating system. A 2400W page field does not prove 127V availability. A box image that shows 3500 watts does not silently override a different webpage value. Yaoyuan Electric can organize current factory-side product records, samples, packing files and production evidence. The importer and qualified Brazilian parties decide classification, applicable conformity route, customs treatment, tax, consumer information and final market authorization.

Minimum Brazil RFQ basis

Importing company / state or sales region / buyer channel / single or double burner / exact catalog route / quantity / required rated input / 127V or 220V direction / frequency / Brazilian plug and cord / control and finish / cookware test / Portuguese OEM files / destination port / trade term / warehouse-ready date / sample and inspection scope.

Choose the range job before choosing the lowest unit price

A ceramic hob assortment can serve different channel jobs. A compact single-burner route can support entry-price, space-saving or supplemental-cooking positions. A differentiated surface finish can support a separate shelf or online presentation. A double-burner route changes product size, carton economics, counter-space requirements, rated-input questions and receiving risk. These routes should not be compared as if they were interchangeable units.

Give each SKU a commercial role before sample approval: entry route, core route, appearance route or larger cooking route. Record the intended channel, shelf or online presentation, target order share and replacement relationship. If two models have the same buyer role and no clear difference in use, controls, appearance or economics, remove one before the first order. Controlled variety is more useful than a crowded catalog.

Compare four controlled catalog routes without hiding source conflicts

The public catalog currently provides two model-coded single-burner routes and two catalog-reference routes. Published fields and source images are discovery evidence, not a signed production specification. Carton and loading figures are references from those pages and require current confirmation for the approved order.

SC-7031 Black Single Burner

The public route lists 2400W, AC220-240V, LCD panel, 8 units per carton and a 40HQ loading reference of 4950. The source image identifies SC-7031. Confirm the current control text, glass, heating observation, cord, plug and carton.

SC-7038 Wood-Grain Single Burner

The public route lists 2400W, AC220-240V, LCD panel, 8 units per carton and a 40HQ reference of 4950. Keep its wood-grain appearance and single-burner identity under a separate sample and artwork file.

P69 Single-Burner Catalog Route

The page publishes no model code. Its text fields show 2400W, AC220-240V, LCD panel, 8 units per carton and a 40HQ reference of 4950; the source image visibly shows ALP-13 on the panel and 3500 watts on the box. Identity and wattage remain open.

P70 Double-Burner Catalog Route

The page publishes no model code, wattage or voltage and lists 3 units per carton with a 40HQ reference of 1680. Its source box visibly shows SC-7038 and 3500 watt, conflicting with the separate model-coded SC-7038 single-burner route.

Evidence boundary

P69 page text and source imagery do not agree on wattage and identity. P70 imagery reuses a code associated with a different single-burner route. We do not reconcile those conflicts by assumption. A Brazil buyer should request the current sample, rear rating label, control-panel image, individual box, carton mark and signed specification before selecting either route.

Build one Brazil SKU-version register

The register should assign one traceable code to every saleable version. Record base route, buyer SKU, burner count, heating identity, rated input, voltage, frequency, plug, cord, control panel, glass or surface finish, supplied accessories, label revision, Portuguese manual revision, box revision, carton revision, barcode, importer data, evidence status, approved sample and effective production batch.

Do not let a filename such as FINAL or BRAZIL replace revision control. An artwork master can remain visually similar while voltage, rated input, plug, warnings, importer details or barcode change. The purchase order, signed specification, sample, label, manual, box, carton, inspection checklist and loading documents should all point to the same released version. Later changes require a documented reason, affected evidence and buyer approval.

Decide 127V or 220V before requesting a production quotation

The public SC-7031, SC-7038 and P69 routes show AC220-240V. That does not establish a confirmed 127V Brazil version, frequency, plug, cord, current basis, rated label or market-access file. P70 does not publish a voltage field. If the buyer needs 127V, request written availability review, current technical data, a separate sample and version-specific evidence before treating it as quotable.

The intended Brazilian state or sales region matters because the importer should select a commercial electrical version that matches the target distribution plan. Do not mix 127V and 220V units under one barcode, one box or one warehouse location without an explicit control system. Use visible version identifiers on the rated label, individual box, master carton, purchase order and receiving record. A wrong-voltage release can create blocked stock even when the product is otherwise functional.

Freeze the Brazilian plug, cord and electrical label together

Official Inmetro guidance explains that appliances manufactured for or imported into Brazil use the Brazilian standardized plug direction associated with ABNT NBR 14136 and the applicable rule. The importer and qualified local parties must determine the exact plug, pin, current, cord and product requirements for the approved ceramic hob. A travel adaptor, a catalog plug photo or the words Brazil version do not replace this decision.

Approve the complete connection system in the sample file. Record the plug face, cord marking, cord length, attachment method, rated current, strain relief, product rating label and packing statement. If the plug or cord supplier changes, review the affected technical and inspection evidence before the new batch is released. The quotation should state whether the requested connection system is included and confirmed, pending development or unavailable.

Use Inmetro's official imported-appliance plug guidance as a starting point. It does not certify any model displayed on this website.

Map the Inmetro evidence route to the exact finished model

Inmetro's official household-appliance guidance identifies Portaria Inmetro No. 148 of 2022 as the regulation for household and similar electrical appliances. The importer and qualified Brazilian conformity parties should determine whether the exact ceramic hob, intended use, electrical version and construction enter its scope and what certification, applicant, laboratory, registration, label and surveillance requirements apply.

Do not use a CE mark, a report for another model or a supplier statement as automatic proof of Brazilian conformity. Ask for the document title, issuer, standard, model list, voltage, critical-component identity, factory, date and current status. Map every document to the sample and signed specification. Yaoyuan Electric can coordinate available factory-side model descriptions, component information, samples, labels, manuals and production records; it does not issue a Brazilian approval decision on the importer's behalf.

Official starting points include Inmetro's regulated household-appliance guidance, its published scope guidance for Portaria 148/2022 and the official registration lookup guidance.

Confirm NCM and administrative treatment before cost approval

Do not copy an NCM code from a competitor listing or assume that every electric cooktop shares one classification. The responsible Brazilian importer and customs specialists should classify the exact product using its heating method, construction, technical description and intended function. That classification drives the tariff and administrative questions that belong in the landed-cost file.

Brazil's official Siscomex information explains that the NCM extends the Harmonized System and that import treatment should be checked against the current official tools. Use the official NCM overview, administrative-treatment guidance and the government's import treatment simulator. These tools support the importer's review; they do not constitute a classification opinion from Yaoyuan Electric.

Release Portuguese retail files as one saleable unit

Portuguese is not a final translation layer added after production. The buyer should approve the product name, model, rated data, warnings, operating steps, cookware explanation, cleaning instructions, service contact, importer or responsible-party information, barcode, conformity wording, individual box and carton marks under one revision. Claims should be limited to evidence available for the exact finished version.

Do not describe a ceramic hob as induction unless the approved heating system is induction. Do not claim universal cookware compatibility, exact heating speed, energy savings, safety performance or certification without model-specific support and destination review. If the buyer wants an in-store or video demonstration, approve the actual cookware, fill level, control setting, observation and statement. A repeatable demonstration is stronger than an unsupported superlative.

Approve cookware behavior and controls before artwork

Run the sample with buyer-selected cookware and record material, base diameter, flatness, load, control setting, heating observation, control response and cooling behavior. For a double-burner route, record whether both zones can operate together, how controls are assigned and how the complete unit is rated. These observations belong in the buyer's approval file and product explanation, not in an assumed claim copied from another model.

Freeze the control-panel language and icon meaning. Verify power or temperature steps, timer behavior, display, lock or protection direction where applicable, standby behavior and restart behavior against the signed specification. If the surface or controls change after approval, reassess appearance, operation, evidence and artwork before production release.

Inspect the approved Brazil version, not a generic black-glass cooker

The pre-shipment plan should reference the purchase order, SKU-version register, signed specification and approved sample. Verify model identity, burner count, rated input, voltage, frequency, Brazilian plug, cord, rating label, controls, surface finish, supplied parts, Portuguese files, barcode, individual box, carton marks and quantity. Functional checks should follow an agreed method using controlled cookware and settings.

Appearance inspection should define lighting and acceptance for glass scratches, printing, trim, housing, controls and finish. Packing review should check product restraint, surface protection, cable placement, accessory placement, manual, carton closure and marks. Record findings by SKU and lot. If one route fails, do not hide it inside an overall container pass rate. The buyer or appointed inspection party makes the release decision against the agreed standard.

Use the sample order guide, AQL planning route, pre-shipment inspection route and supplier evidence pack.

Calculate carton economics from the approved SKU version

Compare the same product, electrical version, plug, Portuguese packing and inspection basis. The landed-cost file can include private unit quotation, individual packing, units per carton, carton dimensions, net and gross weight, order quantity, inspection, inland handling, freight basis, destination charges, duty and tax input confirmed by qualified parties, local delivery, finance, warranty reserve and expected non-saleable allowance.

The public pages list 8 units per carton and a 40HQ reference of 4950 for the three single-burner directions, versus 3 units per carton and a 40HQ reference of 1680 for P70. Those values are not guaranteed for a future shipment. Confirm the approved cartons, mixed-SKU allocation, pallet or floor-loading choice and container plan. A double-burner route should not inherit single-burner freight assumptions.

Use the carton and CBM guide, South America landed-cost RFQ and South America mixed-container route. No page guarantees freight, customs treatment, destination charges, arrival date or sales result.

Work backward from the Brazilian warehouse-ready date

Send the date saleable stock must be available in the buyer's warehouse. Work backward through receiving, customs and inland handling, transport, cargo handoff, loading, inspection, packing, production, material readiness, artwork release, sample approval and purchase-order release. Assign an owner and decision deadline to every open item. A planning date is not a guaranteed vessel, clearance or arrival promise.

Do not release Portuguese printing while voltage, rated input, model identity, conformity wording, importer data or barcode remain open. Do not book a commercial launch around an unconfirmed 127V development route. When an approval moves, update the warehouse-ready calculation and buyer decision instead of hiding lost buffer behind an unchanged delivery statement.

Plan receiving, service evidence and repeat orders before loading

The receiving file should identify container and seal where applicable, carton count by SKU, visible condition, shortage or damage procedure, risk-based carton opening, model and electrical identity checks, Portuguese packing verification and exception ownership. Keep affected cartons separate until evidence is preserved. Reconcile the received SKU-version register against the loading and purchase-order records.

Before the first order, agree what information supports legitimate claims: model, batch, issue description, photos or video, quantity affected, carton condition, electrical version, service finding and requested action. Repeat-order review should use actual sell-through, returns, dealer feedback, stock by voltage, service evidence and version changes. Do not reorder merely because the first container was shipped.

Frequently asked buyer questions

Are the catalog ceramic hobs already 127V?

No. SC-7031, SC-7038 and P69 publish AC220-240V; P70 has no published voltage. A 127V request requires written availability review, a current sample and version-specific evidence.

Are these models already certified for Brazil?

No blanket destination approval is claimed. The importer and qualified Brazilian parties must review the exact product, intended use, construction, version and current requirements.

Is a ceramic hob the same as an induction cooker?

No. Heating technology, cookware behavior, controls, evidence and buyer explanation can differ. Use the approved product identity consistently.

Is P69 definitely 2400W?

The webpage text shows 2400W while source imagery shows 3500 watts and ALP-13. Treat the identity and wattage as unresolved until current evidence is approved.

Can Portuguese OEM packing be prepared?

OEM packing can be discussed. The buyer supplies and approves accurate Portuguese text, importer identity, barcode and legally reviewed claims.

Do you publish wholesale prices?

No. Private quotation follows confirmation of the route, quantity, electrical version, OEM scope, evidence, inspection, trade term and destination.
