Qualified Buyers
Companies able to confirm importer identity, product classification, destination requirements and customs inputs for one exact air fryer version.
Buyers selecting a controlled model range for appliance dealers, wholesalers or regional distribution networks.
Purchasing teams that require approved Spanish artwork, barcode, importer data, retail packing and repeat-order control.
Businesses able to release logo, Spanish manual, product label, color box and carton files before production.
Importers combining approved air fryers with blenders, fans, rice cookers or other controlled appliance SKUs.
MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. Retail, one-piece orders and public consumer prices are not supported.
A useful quotation must describe the same saleable product that the buyer will classify, approve, inspect and receive. State the exact model or capacity route, quantity, control type, visible or standard construction, published rated data, requested electrical configuration, accessories, color, Spanish artwork, importer information, individual packing, master carton, destination port, trade term and inspection scope. A product photo and a target price are not enough to control an OEM order.
Yaoyuan Electric can coordinate the factory-side sample, specification, artwork, packing and production evidence for the agreed order. The Colombian importer and qualified local parties remain responsible for confirming customs classification, taxes, registrations, permits, technical requirements and local-sale obligations for the exact product. Open requirements should be resolved before the purchase order and mass-production files are released.
The routes below reproduce published catalog fields for discovery. They are not final production specifications or Colombia compliance statements. Confirm the current sample, model identity, functions, electrical version, accessories, packing and signed specification for the actual order. Similar capacity, wattage or appearance does not prove common construction or performance.
Published route: 4L, 2400W, AC220-240V, Plastic PP and product size 230 x 301 x 239mm. Confirm current controls, basket, plug and carton.
Published route: 6L, 2400W, AC220-240V, Plastic PP and product size 320 x 265 x 310mm. Review the exact sample proposed for Colombia.
Published route: 8L, 2400W, AC220-240V, Plastic PP and product size 300 x 260 x 250mm. Keep it separate from other 8L and 8.5L references.
Published route: 10L, 2400W, AC220-240V and Plastic PP. No public model code is shown, so identity and both knob functions require confirmation.
Published route: 12L, 2400W, AC220-240V, Plastic PP plus glass and product size 400 x 280 x 300mm. Confirm glass, lid, accessories and packing protection.
Review additional capacities, manual or digital controls, visible constructions and separately controlled catalog directions.
Assign each selected air fryer a role in the buyer's own range: opening-price item, core family capacity, visible step-up model, digital feature model or larger-format anchor. Define the channel and warehouse plan. Too many overlapping models divide MOQ, artwork, spare-parts planning and stock. One core model plus one clearly differentiated step-up direction may be easier to control than several visually similar SKUs.
No model on this page is presented as a guaranteed best seller. Selection should use the buyer's own channel evidence, target cost structure, shelf presentation, carton economics, after-sales ability and approved destination version. Review the air fryer model-selection guide and digital versus manual comparison before quantity is fixed.
The buyer should state the required voltage, frequency, plug, cord and rated-label direction. A catalog AC220-240V reference is not automatically a complete Colombia version. If the requested destination configuration differs from the published route, the quotation should separate confirmed data, factory review items and open requirements. The sample, specification, label, manual and inspection file must describe the same electrical identity.
Do not apply a general certification statement to every air fryer. Colombia's official RETIE information should be reviewed against the exact product and intended use by the importer and a qualified Colombian specialist. A report or certificate for another model, voltage, construction or component set does not automatically cover the proposed order.
The DIAN tariff consultation lets users examine tariff information by subheading, measure, nomenclature code and text. The importer or customs specialist should approve the classification from the actual specification, not from a marketing title. That classification becomes an input to duties, taxes, documentation and any measure attached to the tariff line.
Colombia's VUCE import module processes import registrations and licenses for goods subject to prior requirements, permits or authorizations. The importer should determine whether the selected air fryer and tariff route need a VUCE process or another authority review. The supplier should provide the product and shipment evidence required for the agreed factory scope, not guess the legal outcome.
Spanish OEM work may include the product logo, control-panel wording, model reference, approved rated data, warnings, instructions, barcode, importer information, color box, manual, product label and master-carton marks. The buyer supplies accurate market text and approves every consumer-facing claim. The factory places only released content into the agreed format and should not invent certifications, importer details or legal wording.
Use one revision-controlled artwork package. Record the dieline, file revision, translation owner, approver and approval date. Match the product label, manual, color box and carton to the same model and electrical version. Approve a print sample where required, then inspect production against that released file. See the air fryer packaging guide and OEM air fryer program.
Public prices are not displayed because the exact model, electrical version, components, OEM work, carton, quantity, inspection, destination port and trade term change the quotation basis. Compare suppliers only after the specification, individual box, units per carton, carton dimensions, net and gross weight, CBM, accessories, inspection and shipment terms are normalized.
The landed-cost sheet can then add inland handling, freight, insurance, destination charges, duties and taxes confirmed by qualified parties, local transport, finance and after-sales reserve. Larger capacity and glass construction may change packing volume and handling. For a mixed container, reconcile cartons, CBM and weight by SKU; loading quantity is not guaranteed until exact cartons, route and method are confirmed.
The approval file should identify model code, revision, capacity route, control type, basket and drawer arrangement, visible or glass parts, rated label, plug, cord, accessories, color, Spanish artwork, barcode, importer information and packing. A showroom unit supports discovery but does not silently become the production standard. If a golden sample controls production, state who retains it and how inspection compares against it.
The pre-shipment inspection can cover purchase-order identity, quantity, appearance, controls, basic operation, timer or display behavior, drawer and basket fit, visible parts, rated label, plug, cord, accessories, Spanish manual, barcode, importer wording, color box, carton mark and carton quantity. Agree sampling and acceptance criteria for the actual order. Inspection photos and video should identify the model and production lot they support.
A repeat order should begin with the last approved specification, sample, electrical identity, artwork, carton and inspection records. List every accepted change and unresolved substitution before release. If a PCB, heater, cord, plug, basket, label, packing material or software version changes, assess whether samples, evidence, artwork or inspection criteria also need revision.
Discuss practical spare parts and after-sales information for the exact model and the buyer's local service ability. Do not copy one parts list across unrelated products. Record part reference, quantity basis, packing and responsibility through the air fryer after-sales guide.

No assumption is made. The importer should review the exact product, classification, intended use and current requirements with qualified Colombian parties.
Yes, after the buyer supplies and approves accurate Spanish artwork, barcode, importer information and market claims for the exact version.
No capacity is presented as a guaranteed winner. Select by channel role, model, electrical identity, carton economics and the buyer's own market evidence.
A controlled range can be discussed after MOQ, quantity, artwork, cartons, evidence and inspection are confirmed by model.
Yes, after every SKU has an approved model, quantity, carton, CBM, evidence and inspection scope.
No. A private quotation follows confirmation of the exact model, quantity, electrical version, OEM work, packing, inspection, port and trade term.
Requirements can change, so the importer and qualified local parties must confirm current obligations for the exact product. Official starting points are the VUCE import services, the DIAN tariff consultation and the Ministry of Mines and Energy's current RETIE information. These references support buyer review; they are not a blanket certification claim for a catalog model.
