Qualified Strategic Buyers

A joint market program, not a one-time hot plate transaction

Importer Market Evidence

The importer contributes sales states, channel, intended household or commercial use, countertop space, representative cookware, competing products, target retail position, landed-cost inputs, retailer requirements, service ability, forecast and sell-through evidence.

Factory Resource Coordination

Yaoyuan coordinates available glass, heater, PCB, control, enclosure, cord, plug, packing, sample, OEM, production, inspection, mixed-container and replenishment resources after the destination construction and project role are frozen.

Shared Release Gates

Both parties use one signed specification, one approved sample, one evidence register, one artwork revision, one inspection plan and one receiving scorecard. A lower opening quote does not override an unresolved electrical or market risk.

Strategic Cooperation Test

A qualified partner can explain the channel, responsible importing entity, electrical target, evidence path, selling position, service plan and reorder method. If those inputs are unavailable, the project remains in discovery rather than production release.

Model code not published
  • Text record: 2400W, AC220-240V
  • LCD panel description
  • 40HQ reference: 4950

P70 Double-Burner Direction

Model identity unresolved
  • Burner count shown by catalog image
  • 40HQ reference: 1680
  • 3 PCS per carton reference

Do not transfer the 2400W or voltage fields from another route. Confirm simultaneous load, control logic, dimensions, model identity, carton and exact electrical construction independently.

Electrical Identity Is the First Gate

Choose the supply architecture before choosing color, logo or price

A U.S. countertop cooking project must start with intended use and supply conditions. A 120V plug-connected single-burner route, a 240V plug-connected route and a fixed-wiring appliance are different projects. A catalog label showing AC220-240V does not identify a U.S. plug, branch circuit, current, cord, grounding method, enclosure, installation instruction or evidence path.

Use basic planning arithmetic only to expose risk: current equals watts divided by volts. The published 2400W value would equal 20A at 120V and 10A at 240V before efficiency, tolerances or other design factors. Those calculations are not product ratings or circuit recommendations. A qualified electrical, laboratory and importer team must define the actual construction and acceptance route.

  • Freeze nominal voltage, frequency, rated input, measured current and intended circuit context.
  • Freeze plug or connection method, cord gauge and length, grounding or insulation system, strain relief and polarity.
  • Freeze heater, glass, PCB, relay or triac, sensor, thermostat, thermal cutoff, fuse and protection logic.
  • Freeze single- or double-burner simultaneous operation, controls, duty cycle and abnormal-operation behavior.
  • Freeze product dimensions, clearances, ventilation, cookware instructions, surface temperature warnings and cleaning directions.
120V is not a label editHeater, current, wiring, controls, plug, cord and protection may require a separate design.
240V is not automatically U.S.-readyThe exact connection, circuit context, instructions and evidence still require qualified review.
Double burner means combined loadTest each zone and simultaneous operation under one controlled protocol.
Ceramic is not inductionHeating identity, cookware behavior and claims must match the actual construction.

Controlled Sample and Test Plan

Prove cooking behavior with repeatable cookware and use cases

Cookware Set

The importer provides representative pan materials, base diameters, weights and common local use cases. Record compatibility, stability, heating response and instructions instead of claiming universal cookware performance.

Functional Protocol

Define water-heating, simmer, high-heat, control-step, timer and repeated-cycle tests. Record room conditions, vessel, load, input, time, surface behavior and cooldown method.

Abnormal Use Review

Qualified parties define empty-vessel, unsuitable-vessel, blocked ventilation, control fault, thermal protection and other applicable conditions. The web page does not replace a laboratory test plan.

Approved Sample Retention

Seal the model, rating label, component list, firmware or control revision, glass, enclosure, cord, plug, packing and signed specification. Retain a reference for production and claims control.

Production Inspection

Inspect identity, workmanship, electrical checks, controls, heater operation, protection, accessories, label, English files, carton marks, quantity and approved-sample match under one release report.

Receiving Evidence

The importer records carton condition, unit condition, first-use behavior, returns, service cases, sell-through and reorder observations. Those facts guide the next production revision.

United States Responsibility Map

Connect the exact SKU to current importer, channel and official requirements

CPSC Certificate and eFiling Scope

The responsible importer and qualified parties determine whether the exact regulated product requires a General Certificate of Conformity and what certificate data must be filed. CPSC states that certificate data eFiling applies to in-scope imported regulated consumer products from July 8, 2026.

CPSC certificate guidance

Electrical Acceptance and NRTL Questions

Do not claim UL, ETL, listing or workplace acceptance without exact-model evidence. The importer, retailer, authority, laboratory and other qualified parties determine the required route for the actual intended use.

OSHA NRTL program

FCC Configuration

Electronic controls, clocks, displays, switching supplies, wireless functions or other circuitry may change FCC questions. Freeze the exact PCB, clock, radio status, power supply and enclosure before deciding whether authorization or supplier documentation applies.

FCC equipment authorization

Origin, Customs and Classification

The importer and customs broker own current classification, duty, entry, country-of-origin marking and related records. A factory catalog name or old shipment description is not a binding customs decision.

CBP importing guidance

State and Retailer Requirements

The importer evaluates state chemical-warning, consumer-information, warranty, repair, recycling and channel-specific requirements with qualified advisers. Retailer onboarding can require evidence beyond federal minimums.

No Automatic Transfer

A mark, report, declaration, component approval, sample result or certificate for another voltage, heater, PCB, glass, enclosure, cord, plug, model or brand does not automatically cover the selected U.S. SKU.

English Private Label and Retail Handoff

Release artwork only after the controlled SKU and responsible parties agree

Private-label work is more than printing a logo. Freeze the legal product name, model, rated electrical data, importer or responsible-party details, origin statement, warnings, operating limits, cookware guidance, cleaning instructions, warranty route, carton handling, barcode ownership and retailer file format. The signed specification, product label, manual, color box, master carton and digital listing must describe the same construction.

Yaoyuan can coordinate available dielines, logo placement, English manual layout, color box, neutral packing, carton marks, barcode placement and production samples. The importer owns final legal text, trademark rights, importer identity, barcode ownership, marketplace or retailer claims and destination approval.

Artwork release packet

  • Approved model and electrical identity
  • Approved sample and component revision
  • Importer and brand information
  • English rating label and warnings
  • Manual, box and carton revision
  • Evidence references and inspection criteria

Commercial Decision System

Compare landed cost per sellable unit and the repeat-order path

Product and Development

Count controlled components, engineering review, samples, tooling if any, evidence work, artwork, inspection and approved change costs. A catalog unit quote does not describe the complete U.S. project.

Logistics and Customs

Use current carton dimensions, gross weight, quantity, freight basis, insurance, broker input, classification, duty, port charges, inland freight and receiving assumptions. Recheck old 40HQ references against current packing.

Channel and Service Reserve

Model retailer deductions, marketplace fees, storage, warranty, returns, replacements, service parts, customer support and markdown exposure. Compare contribution after those costs, not only EXW or FOB price.

Launch Gate

Approve the first order only when target position, landed economics, electrical identity, evidence, sample, artwork, inspection, warehouse-ready date and service route are controlled by named owners.

Reorder Scorecard

Track receiving condition, first-use feedback, return reasons, service cases, stock cover, sell-through and forecast quality. Use agreed thresholds to keep, revise or stop a configuration.

Resource Reallocation

A strategic partnership moves factory and importer resources toward the SKU, channel and replenishment cycle supported by evidence. Neither party should defend a weak configuration merely because the first order shipped.
