Importers and Distributors
Companies controlling importer identity, wholesale accounts, regional distribution, after-sales handling and replenishment decisions.
Guyana Strategic Product and Market Partnership
The Guyana partner contributes importer responsibility, channel access, competitor evidence, target selling position, landed-cost inputs, customer service and sell-through feedback. Yaoyuan Electric coordinates available model, consumable, component, sample, English OEM, packing, production, inspection, mixed-container and replenishment resources. Together we develop one controlled range and use real market evidence to plan repeat orders.
Wholesale only. MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. No public prices, retail orders or one-piece orders.

Partner Fit
Companies controlling importer identity, wholesale accounts, regional distribution, after-sales handling and replenishment decisions.
Buyers who understand shelf position, demonstration, English packaging, barcode, warranty expectations and store-level stock movement.
Operators with measurable content response, delivery cost, customer questions, return reasons and replacement-consumable opportunities.
Partners seeking controlled model identity, approved artwork, compatible bags and future appliance categories under one operating plan.
Shared Commercial System
A viable Guyana vacuum sealer program depends on the complete business system. The importer understands local channels, customer behavior, competitor formats, realistic selling positions, destination costs, service capacity and seasonality. The factory understands available constructions, bags, samples, components, packaging, production limits, quality controls and complementary appliance routes. Strategic cooperation puts these resources into one decision file before either party commits working capital.
The decision is not simply which machine has the lowest private quotation. It is whether the machine, consumable, English presentation, GNBS and GRA work, landed economics, customer demonstration and replacement system work together. No supplier page can guarantee registration, inspection, customs release, arrival, demand, sales, margin or profit.
TIN or importer identity, sales-region and channel map, customer profile, competing products, GYD price position, destination cost, warranty capacity, stock plan and feedback cadence.
Seven model routes, component and supplier coordination, samples, compatible consumables, OEM implementation, cartons, production, inspection and cargo handoff.
Product role, exact model, approved bag system, actual sales-area electrical or charging identity, English files, GNBS questions, GRA C72 and ASYCUDA inputs, ocean arrival, landed economics and reorder scorecard.
Yaoyuan controls confirmed factory work. The importer and qualified Guyana parties control local authorization, registration, classification, customs, tax, consumer and market decisions.
Compact rechargeable pumps can support valve-bag or compatible-container storage where portability and small pack size matter. Bar-type countertop machines can support portioning or food-storage workflows using an approved film or bag construction. These formats create different customer expectations, demonstrations, consumables, service questions and landed costs. They should not be sold under one vague product identity.
The importer should document the target use case with evidence: what format is already understood, who purchases it, where replacement bags come from, what price position the channel can support, what common complaints occur and how the product will be demonstrated. Yaoyuan can then allocate sample, consumable, packing and production resources toward the strongest commercial hypothesis.
Use one entry role, one core role and only one justified differentiation role. The entry model should open the intended channel without creating unacceptable support or landed-cost pressure. The core model should have the clearest use case, consumable route and repeat-order logic. A differentiation model needs a specific commercial reason such as format, portability, retail presentation or channel use.
Compare candidates on one controlled sheet: customer, use case, machine format, bag or container, finished electrical identity, English file scope, pack, carton, service question, replacement route and reorder signal. This makes model selection a shared decision instead of an unsupported supplier recommendation.
Published direction: 4-5.2V, 51 x 99mm, PP+ABS and 400mAh battery reference. Confirm valve interface, included bags, cable, battery label and charging source.
Published direction: 4-5.2V, diameter 51 x 109mm, PP+ABS and 400mAh battery reference. Approve it as an independent SKU.
Published field states charging voltage 100-127V with a 352 x 66 x 45mm body. Confirm finished rating, frequency, plug, cord, controls and approved film before release.
Published direction: 5V/5W, diameter 51 x 84mm, PP and 59 x 59 x 142mm color box. Battery, cable, valve and consumables remain approval items.
Published direction: 5V/5W, diameter 51 x 94mm and PP. Similar dimensions do not prove shared construction or interface with K04.
Published field states 5V/25W, diameter 63 x 114mm and 120 x 95 x 60mm box. Input, power, battery, cable and included items need evidence alignment.
Published direction: 5V/7W, diameter 63 x 106mm, ABS and 120 x 95 x 60mm box. Approve its own sample, charging identity and bag system.
Catalog fields support discovery only. The order identity requires a current sample, signed specification, approved consumable, final rating or charging label, English artwork, packing bill and inspection method. Conflicts remain open until the evidence agrees.
A vacuum sealer is a machine-and-consumable system. Compact pumps require a controlled valve or container interface. Record bag material, size, closure, valve construction, included quantity, reuse or cleaning guidance, storage and replacement code. Bar-type machines require approved bag or roll construction, thickness direction, usable width, seal location, operating mode and included quantity. Test the exact combination sold.
The importer decides who holds replacement stock and how customers identify the correct item. Yaoyuan can coordinate approved consumables and packaging, but does not claim universal compatibility. A clear replacement route can support repeat business and customer trust; an unavailable or mismatched bag can create returns and brand damage.
Approve the machine, bag or container, cable or adaptor, instructions, box content, demonstration method and expected result together. Record test conditions and limits. A sample approved with one film does not authorize another film. A product photographed with one cable should not ship with an unapproved substitute.
Use a sample approval sheet with model, exterior, controls, dimensions, material direction, electrical or charging identity, consumable code, accessories, English file list, box arrangement, carton direction and open items. The same approved revision should drive quotation, purchase order, artwork, production and inspection.
For rechargeable pumps, confirm battery manufacturer and model, chemistry, capacity record, charging input, connector, cable, whether an adaptor is supplied, indication behavior, protection direction and finished labels. If no adaptor is included, English instructions and box content should identify the compatible charging source accurately. A component voltage is not a finished-product compliance claim.
For Z-K03, the published 100-127V field does not establish a Guyana version. A Government of Guyana energy management manual describes standard domestic supply as 120/240V, 60Hz, while Guyana Power and Light notes that supply can vary by area and includes both 50- and 60-cycle service. A Guyana order therefore requires the buyer to identify the actual sales area and a newly confirmed finished identity: rated voltage, frequency, power, plug, cord, internal construction and product label. Do not quote or print this mains model as Guyana-ready until factory feasibility, sample evidence and buyer review agree.
The Guyana National Bureau of Standards identifies domestic electrical and electronic appliances among monitored commodities. GNBS also advises that household electrical appliance labels should show essential identity such as origin, manufacturer or trademark, rated voltage, frequency, power or current, model and serial information and the relevant certification mark. Its current consumer guidance says importers and local manufacturers of electrical and electronic appliances are required to register annually.
The importer and qualified Guyana parties should confirm current registration, exact product scope, applicable standard, evidence, label, inspection and release route for the selected mains machine, rechargeable pump, adaptor, plug and tariff line. Yaoyuan coordinates matching specifications, components, labels, samples and legitimate available test information. A component mark, old report or artwork image does not establish acceptance for the finished production version, and no unconfirmed certification mark should be printed.
Guyana Revenue Authority Customs Regulations state that imported goods are entered on Form C72 using the applicable customs procedure code. The official C72 form connects importer and declarant TIN, procedure code, commodity code, origin, customs value, packages, licence reference where applicable, transport and tax lines.
The importer and appointed customs professionals own TIN and importer status, classification, procedure code, customs value, licences, duties, taxes, declarations and release. Yaoyuan supplies the confirmed commercial description, exact model, quantity, packing, net and gross weight, origin and shipment inputs. Purchase order, invoice, packing list, rating label, product label and declaration should identify the same controlled SKU.
For sea cargo, confirm the Guyana port of arrival, vessel and manifest references, wharf or transit-shed handling, broker, inspection appointments, storage risk and final warehouse. GRA's cargo information guidance states that vessel agents submit manifests in ASYCUDA. The importer and freight parties should map who owns each local record, cost and timing decision.
For each shortlisted vacuum sealer, calculate cartons, CBM and weight through the entire warehouse-ready route. Separate ocean freight, destination handling, storage, broker, GNBS examination where applicable, customs, locally confirmed duty and tax and inland delivery. Yaoyuan supplies packing and cargo-handoff evidence without promising vessel space, inspection result, customs release or arrival date.
Release product name, model, rating information, English manual, warnings, compatible-bag guidance, box content, barcode, importer information, warranty direction and carton marks as one controlled set. The buyer approves local terminology and market claims. Yaoyuan implements the approved content but does not invent authorization numbers, marks, importer identities, legal claims or performance promises.
Use revision numbers, approval dates and named approvers. Inspect printed production files against the release. Reused content is not automatically suitable for Guyana because importer information, electrical identity, bag compatibility, warnings and local responsibilities can differ.
Create one row per controlled SKU. Include private factory quotation, bags and accessories, individual pack, units per carton, carton dimensions, gross and net weight, quantity, inspection, China handling, ocean freight, destination handling, storage, broker, GNBS work where applicable, customs, locally confirmed duty and tax, inland delivery, channel fees, content, promotion, warranty reserve, finance and non-saleable allowance.
The importer controls local costs, selling price, credit terms and inventory funding. Yaoyuan can evaluate model mix, package size, carton use, category combinations and production planning. The purpose is to allocate resources to the strongest complete commercial system, not to hide risk behind a low unit price.
Define a go, revise or stop decision at each major stage. A market-hypothesis gate should confirm the target customer, channel, competing format and realistic price position before samples are requested. A sample gate should confirm the machine, consumable, demonstration, accessories and service questions before artwork begins. A release gate should confirm the signed specification, electrical identity, English files, responsible Guyana reviews, packing bill and inspection plan before materials and production are committed.
The same discipline applies after arrival. A receiving gate checks carton condition, quantity and version identity. A market gate reviews sell-through, stock age, replacement-bag demand, returns, service cases and channel feedback before a repeat order is expanded. When evidence is weak, both parties should revise or pause instead of protecting a previous assumption. When evidence is strong, the importer can increase channel investment while Yaoyuan coordinates more stable component, packing and production resources. These gates protect cash, factory capacity and the long-term relationship.
Agree what the first order must learn: which format customers understand, which channel converts, which bag pack earns repeat demand, which English content reduces support, which carton survives receiving and which service question repeats. Define sell-through, stock age, returns, warranty, replacement-bag demand, content questions and competitor feedback before shipment.
Work backward from the warehouse-ready objective through receiving, customs, cargo handoff, transport, loading, inspection, packing, production, materials, artwork, sample and purchase-order release. Assign owners and decision dates. This is planning discipline, not a guaranteed vessel, clearance or arrival promise.
The inspection plan should reference the purchase order, version register, signed specification, approved sample, consumable, electrical identity and artwork. Verify model, housing, controls, pump or heating route, battery and charging identity or mains rating, plug and cord, approved bag or film, accessories, English files, barcode, box, carton marks, quantity and packing.
Functional sampling must use the approved consumable and written method. Findings are reported by SKU and lot. Use the AQL planning route, pre-shipment inspection route and real customer order-process proof to define release evidence.
Review sell-through by SKU and channel, stock age, replacement-bag sales, returns, warranty cases, customer questions, carton damage, price-position feedback and competitor movement. Separate isolated events from recurring patterns. Every proposed change should identify the affected version, evidence, commercial impact and decision owner.
The next decision may keep the version, change allocation, improve instructions, adjust packing, replace one SKU, add bags, combine a complementary appliance or pause a weak route. That is strategic cooperation: shared evidence, clear responsibilities and coordinated resources.
