Guyana Partner Resources
Importer identity, channel access, target customer, competitor evidence, local selling position, destination costs, service capacity, stock plan and market feedback.
Guyana Strategic Sourcing Center
Build an appliance program by combining the Guyana partner's channel, competitor, landed-cost, service and sell-through knowledge with Yaoyuan Electric's product, supplier, sample, OEM, packing, production, inspection and mixed-container resources. This is a market-development system for repeat orders, not a one-time catalog transaction.
Wholesale only. MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. No public prices, retail orders or one-piece orders.

Shared Business System
Importer identity, channel access, target customer, competitor evidence, local selling position, destination costs, service capacity, stock plan and market feedback.
Available product routes, component and supplier coordination, samples, OEM files, cartons, production, inspection, shipment records and complementary categories.
Exact SKU, intended use, actual sales-area voltage and frequency, plug and cord, English files, GNBS questions, GRA declaration inputs, inspection and reorder scorecard.
Yaoyuan controls agreed factory work. The importer and qualified Guyana parties control local authorization, registration, classification, customs, tax, consumer and market-release decisions.
Importer Decision Route
The strongest project begins with evidence from the intended channel. Identify what the end customer is trying to solve, which formats are already sold, the realistic GYD selling position, packaging expectations, common return causes and how replacement parts or consumables will be supported. A supplier can explain product options and factory limits, but it cannot replace the importer's knowledge of Georgetown, Demerara, Berbice, Essequibo or another sales territory.
Use this evidence to shortlist one entry role, one core role and only one justified differentiation role. Compare the complete landed and operating system: product, accessories, English presentation, GNBS work, freight, customs and destination costs, service reserve, working capital and replenishment. No page can guarantee registration, release, delivery, demand, sales, margin or profit.
Define capacity, controls, basket, heating route, protection, exact finished rating, English files, packing and inspection before creating a Guyana version.
Freeze motor, jar, blade, coupling, duty cycle, food-contact parts, electrical identity, service parts and buyer-approved retail files.
Control motor, blade, guard, oscillation, stand, controls, mains or rechargeable identity, season timing, cartons and spare-part direction.
Approve heater, thermal controls, inner pot, coating, lid, accessories, cooking protocol, electrical version and English user information.
Develop a strategic compact-pump or bar-type range with exact bags, sales-area electrical or charging identity, GNBS questions, English files, inspection and replenishment evidence.
Open the Guyana strategic routeTest representative bottle and cap fit, hose, pump, PCB, battery, charging input, water-contact path, accessories and replacement continuity.
Keep every SKU's MOQ, electrical version, English file, carton, CBM, weight, evidence, inspection and receiving line separate inside one loading plan.
Guyana cannot be reduced to one copied voltage field. A Government of Guyana energy management manual describes standard domestic supply as 120/240V, 60Hz, while Guyana Power and Light also notes that supply can vary by area and includes both 50- and 60-cycle service. These are version-planning facts, not approval of a catalog model. The importer should identify the actual sales region, outlet expectation, rated voltage, frequency, plug, cord and adaptor before samples and artwork are released.
Do not infer finished-product identity from a motor, heater, PCB or adaptor field. Freeze one complete version and keep its rating label, sample, specification, box, manual, purchase order and inspection record aligned. If a controlled component changes, reopen the affected evidence and artwork before production.
The Guyana National Bureau of Standards identifies domestic electrical and electronic appliances among monitored commodities. GNBS also states that labels for household electrical appliances should carry essential identity such as origin, manufacturer or trademark, rated voltage, frequency, power or current, model and serial information and the relevant certification mark. Its current public guidance says importers and local manufacturers of electrical and electronic appliances are required to register annually.
The importer and qualified Guyana parties should confirm current registration, exact product scope, applicable standard, evidence, label, inspection and release route. Yaoyuan can coordinate matching specifications, component identities, samples, labels and legitimate available reports. A component mark, old report or artwork image does not establish GNBS acceptance for a finished production version, and no unconfirmed certification mark should be printed.
Guyana Revenue Authority Customs Regulations state that imported goods are entered on Form C72 using the applicable customs procedure code. The official C72 form connects importer and declarant TIN, commodity code, origin, value, packages, licence reference where applicable, transport and tax lines.
Yaoyuan supplies confirmed commercial description, exact model, quantity, packing, net and gross weight, origin and shipment inputs. The Guyana importer and appointed customs professionals own TIN and importer status, procedure code, classification, customs value, licences, duty, VAT, declarations and release. The description on the purchase order, invoice, packing list, label and declaration should identify the same controlled SKU.
For sea cargo, confirm the port of arrival, vessel and manifest references, wharf or transit-shed handling, broker, inspection appointments, storage risk and final warehouse. GRA's cargo information guidance states that vessel agents submit manifests in ASYCUDA. The importer and freight parties should map who owns each local record and timing decision.
Compare ocean freight, destination handling, storage, broker, GNBS examination where applicable, customs, duty, VAT and inland delivery as separate locally confirmed lines. Yaoyuan supplies carton dimensions, CBM, weight, loading and cargo-handoff evidence but does not promise vessel space, customs release, inspection outcome or warehouse-ready date.
Release the product name, model, origin, manufacturer or trademark, rating label, warnings, instructions, accessories, compatible consumables, barcode, importer information, color box and master-carton marks as one controlled set. The Guyana buyer approves local terminology, operator information, warranty direction and claims. Yaoyuan places approved content into the agreed files and inspects the printed version; it does not invent certification marks, registration numbers, importer identities or performance claims.
Assign a version code, approval date and named approver to every artwork set. If the product construction, sales-area electrical identity, accessory, consumable or importer information changes, reopen the affected file. English artwork for another country or electrical version is not an automatic Guyana release.
Before shipment, agree what the first cycle should learn: sell-through by SKU and channel, stock age, returns, service questions, carton damage, content response, accessory or consumable demand and competitor movement. Inspect against the signed specification, approved sample, artwork and packing bill. Receiving evidence should reconcile finished units, cartons and shipment quantities.
Review results on an agreed cadence. The next decision may keep a version, improve instructions, change allocation, add service parts, replace a weak SKU, add a complementary category or pause a route. Timely local evidence helps Yaoyuan allocate supplier and production resources; controlled factory records help the importer protect inventory and brand identity.
