Direct Buyer Answer

Start with the complete vacuum system, not the exterior image

A Brazil quotation becomes comparable only after the buyer defines the product format, exact model, intended bag or film, included items, electrical route, Portuguese sale unit, quantity, inspection and trade term. The phrase "vacuum sealer" can describe two materially different systems in this catalog. K01, K02, K04, K05, K15 and K15B are compact cylindrical vacuum-pump routes intended to work with an approved valve or port system. Z-K03 is a countertop bar-type route that requires its own bag or film construction, sealing test, mains identity, cord and plug.

Do not approve a product because it creates visible suction in one demonstration. The commercial file should show which consumable was used, how it connects, what size was tested, which items are included, how the machine is powered, what the buyer may claim and how the same system will be inspected in production. A machine without a controlled consumable route is not a complete retail proposition.

Choose compact pump or bar-type sealer before model comparison

A compact pump can support a portable, space-saving product proposition, but it depends on the correct valve-bag or container interface. The buyer should approve the connection method, intended bag family, included bag quantity if any, protective cap, charging cable, operating control, stop behavior, storage instruction and replacement-consumable route. A bar-type machine is a different purchase. The buyer should approve bag or film construction, usable width, vacuum and sealing sequence, seal appearance, operating modes, cord, Brazilian plug, rated input, repeat-cycle method and included accessories.

Channel also matters. A supermarket may require a complete Portuguese box and clearly identified included consumables. An online bulk seller may require repeatable demonstration assets and a stable replacement-bag route. A distributor may prioritize carton economics and low training complexity. Select the commercial system first, then select the housing and model. Use the portable vacuum pump route and bar-type vacuum sealer route to compare the two formats without mixing their evidence.

Seven real catalog routes for a Brazil buyer shortlist

K01 Compact Route

Published fields: 4-5.2V charging direction, 51 x 99mm size, PP+ABS material, 400mAh battery reference and 600 x 310 x 255mm carton. Confirm valve interface, included parts, cable, battery label and Portuguese instructions.

K02 Compact Route

Published fields: 4-5.2V, diameter 51 x 109mm, PP+ABS, 400mAh battery reference and the same 600 x 310 x 255mm carton direction. Treat K01 and K02 as separate samples and SKU files.

Z-K03 Bar-Type Route

Published fields: "Charging voltage: 100-127V," 352 x 66 x 45mm, ABS, 470 x 370 x 550mm carton and battery shown as "/". Confirm mains input, frequency, Brazilian plug, cord, approved film and operating modes.

K04 Compact Route

Published fields: 5V/5W, diameter 51 x 84mm, PP material, 59 x 59 x 142mm color box and 600 x 310 x 305mm carton. Confirm battery, cable and valve-bag interface on the current sample.

K05 Compact Route

Published fields: 5V/5W, diameter 51 x 94mm, PP material, 59 x 59 x 142mm color box and 600 x 310 x 305mm carton. Do not assume K04 and K05 share identical internal parts.

K15 Compact Route

Published field "Charging voltage: 5V/25W," diameter 63 x 114mm, ABS, 120 x 95 x 60mm color box and 500 x 495 x 325mm carton. Verify input, rated power, battery and label before quotation release.

K15B Compact Route

Published fields: 5V/7W, diameter 63 x 106mm, ABS, 120 x 95 x 60mm color box and 500 x 495 x 325mm carton. Approve it independently from K15.

These are catalog starting points, not a promise that every field, component or carton remains unchanged. The signed order should reference the current sample, rated label, specification, packing sheet, artwork revision and inspection method. Where a published field is ambiguous, keep it open until physical and documentary evidence agrees.

Build one Brazil SKU-version register before artwork

Give every commercial version a controlled identity. Record route, model, compact or bar format, housing color, material, PCB or control revision, motor or pump direction, battery where applicable, charging connector, cable, adaptor if included, mains input where applicable, frequency, Brazilian plug and cord, approved bag or film, included items, Portuguese file revision, barcode, individual box, units per carton, carton dimensions, weights, sample approval and inspection plan. A change to any field should trigger a version review.

This register prevents a common sourcing failure: the approved sample, box artwork, certification evidence and production unit describe different versions. The purchase order should identify the register revision and list unresolved items separately. Do not release printing while model, electrical identity, consumable interface, importer information or conformity wording remains open.

Decide the Brazil electrical version before price comparison

The compact models publish low-voltage charging directions, but that does not automatically define the complete retail charging system. Confirm battery chemistry and capacity, rated input, connector, charging cable, whether an adaptor is included, adaptor input range if supplied, charging indication, protection direction, charging time test method and the exact label. If the retail unit contains only a cable, the Portuguese instructions and box should state the required compatible power source accurately.

Z-K03 publishes "Charging voltage: 100-127V," which is not a sufficiently clear final rating for a mains-operated Brazil SKU. Before quotation approval, confirm whether the finished machine is 127V only, whether a 220V development route exists, frequency, rated power, cord construction, Brazilian plug, rating label and current evidence. Brazil contains different electrical supply situations; the buyer should assign the intended state or sales region and one controlled rating to each SKU. Do not call a version universal unless the finished product and evidence support that exact statement.

Freeze the Brazilian plug, cord and supplied power route

For an appliance supplied with a mains plug, approve the Brazilian plug form, current rating, pin direction, molded assembly, cord length, conductor specification, strain relief and finished-product label together. Inmetro's official plug guidance states that imported appliances offered in Brazil must use the Brazilian plug standard ABNT NBR 14136. Do not treat a travel adaptor, loose replacement plug or generic image as the approved production solution.

Use the official Inmetro answer on plug requirements for imported appliances as a starting point. The importer and qualified Brazilian parties should confirm the exact version and current requirements. Yaoyuan Electric can coordinate factory-side samples, labels, component information and production controls; it does not replace the importer's destination-market legal review.

Map Inmetro questions to the exact finished product

Do not ask only whether a supplier "has Inmetro." The responsible importer and qualified Brazilian conformity parties should determine whether the exact compact pump or bar-type machine, intended use, electrical route, supplied charging equipment and construction enter the current scope, and what certification, applicant, laboratory, registration, label and surveillance requirements apply. A report or mark for another model is not automatic evidence for the proposed SKU.

Inmetro's official importer guidance states that household appliances within Portaria Inmetro No. 148 of 2022 may only be imported and supplied when certified, with conformity identification on the product and packaging. Its distributor and retailer guidance also requires preservation of required information, instructions, warnings and packaging. Review the official importer obligations, distribution and retail obligations and conformity identification guidance. No model-level Brazil approval is claimed on this page.

Approve the bag, film or valve system as a controlled consumable

A vacuum product cannot be evaluated independently from the material it evacuates or seals. For compact routes, document the approved valve or port design, bag material, thickness direction, size range, closure method, connection method, reuse and cleaning limits, storage direction and replacement supply. For Z-K03, document the approved bag or roll construction, textured or smooth surface requirements, thickness direction, width range, seal position, dry or moist use direction supported by testing and any included cutter or accessory.

The sample test should identify the consumable by code or retained reference. Record initial connection or placement, control response, vacuum observation, stop behavior, seal appearance where applicable, leakage observation at an agreed interval and repeat operation. These observations do not support unlimited storage-life, food-safety, freshness-duration or universal-bag claims. Any marketing statement should be tied to the exact approved test and reviewed for the destination market.

Release Portuguese retail files as one controlled sale unit

Portuguese is not a decoration applied after production. The buyer should approve the product name, model, rated data, power or charging direction, warnings, setup, approved consumable, operating sequence, cleaning, storage, troubleshooting, importer or responsible-party information, barcode, conformity wording, individual box and master-carton marks under one revision. Keep compact-pump instructions separate from Z-K03 instructions.

Use clear claims. Do not say the machine works with every bag, preserves food for a fixed number of days, removes all air, prevents all freezer burn or is certified for Brazil unless the exact finished version and evidence support the statement. If images show food, containers or bags not included in the retail unit, identify the demonstration accurately. The buyer owns final market-language and legal approval; the factory controls production against the released files.

Test the buyer-approved system before production release

A useful sample approval records more than appearance. For compact pumps, verify housing, controls, charging response, connector, cable, battery label, valve connection, suction observation, stop behavior and repeated operation using the approved bag. For Z-K03, verify housing, control response, vacuum and seal sequence, seal continuity, bag width, cord, Brazilian plug, rating label, repeated cycles and cooling direction according to the agreed method.

Retain the approved sample or complete visual and documentary evidence. The signed sample report should name the model, version, consumable, test setup, date, observations, exceptions and approver. If the PCB, pump, heating route, battery, housing, cord, plug, bag system or instructions change, reassess the affected test and artwork before shipment approval.

Inspect the Brazil version, not a generic vacuum machine

The pre-shipment scope should reference the purchase order, SKU-version register, signed specification, approved sample and artwork. Verify model identity, compact or bar format, color, material, assembly, controls, electrical or charging route, battery where applicable, cable, adaptor if included, cord and Brazilian plug where applicable, compatible consumable, included items, Portuguese label, manual, barcode, color box, master-carton marks, quantity and packing.

Functional sampling should use the approved consumable and written method. Record observations by SKU and lot. Appearance standards should define lighting and acceptance for scratches, printing, joints, controls and finish. Packing checks should verify product restraint, accessory placement, cable protection, manual, carton closure and marks. If one SKU fails, report it separately rather than hiding it inside an overall container pass rate. Use the AQL planning route and pre-shipment inspection route to prepare the buyer's release scope.

Confirm classification and landed-cost inputs without inventing an NCM

Compact pumps and a bar-type vacuum sealer may not share the same classification logic. The responsible Brazilian importer and customs specialists should classify the exact product from its construction, electrical route, intended function and complete technical file. Do not copy an NCM from a competitor listing or apply one route automatically to all seven models.

Compare landed cost only after the version is fixed. The file can include private unit quotation, included consumables, individual packing, units per carton, carton dimensions, net and gross weight, order quantity, inspection, inland handling, freight basis, destination charges, duty and tax inputs confirmed by qualified parties, local delivery, finance, warranty reserve and expected non-saleable allowance. Use the South America landed-cost RFQ and carton and CBM guide. No page guarantees classification, freight, customs treatment, destination charges or sales results.

Use compact cartons carefully in a mixed container

Vacuum pumps can use small retail boxes, but small cartons do not remove SKU-control work. Allocate every model, color, consumable bundle and Portuguese revision separately. Confirm carton quantity, dimensions, weights, labels, loading sequence and receiving list. Protect compact cartons from crushing and keep Z-K03 cartons under their own handling and inspection route.

A mixed container can combine approved vacuum sealer SKUs with air fryers, blenders, fans, rice cookers, ceramic hobs or bottled-water pumps. The container plan should not merge MOQs, specifications or evidence. Use the vacuum sealer mixed-container route and South America container planner to convert approved cartons into a loading allocation.

Work backward from the Brazilian warehouse-ready date

Send the date saleable stock must be available in the buyer's warehouse. Work backward through receiving, customs and inland handling, transport, cargo handoff, loading, inspection, packing, production, material readiness, artwork release, sample approval and purchase-order release. Assign a decision deadline and owner to electrical version, consumable, Portuguese files, evidence and inspection. A planning date is not a guaranteed vessel, clearance or arrival promise.

After delivery, track sell-through and claims by exact SKU. Record bag compatibility questions, charging or electrical issues, missing items, box damage, instruction questions, returns and service findings. A repeat order should be based on controlled evidence, channel stock and current version status, not merely on the fact that the first container shipped.

Frequently asked Brazil buyer questions

Do all seven models use the same bags?

No. Compact pumps and Z-K03 are different systems, and compatibility must be approved by exact consumable, interface, size and test.

Is Z-K03 ready for every Brazil voltage?

No. The public field says 100-127V and remains incomplete for a final Brazil SKU. Confirm current mains input, frequency, Brazilian plug, cord, label and any 220V availability in writing.

Are the models already certified for Brazil?

No blanket destination approval is claimed. The importer and qualified Brazilian parties must review the exact finished product, version, supplied power route and current requirements.

Can Portuguese OEM packing be prepared?

OEM packing can be discussed. The buyer supplies and approves accurate Portuguese text, importer identity, barcode, conformity wording and legally reviewed claims.

Can vacuum sealers join a mixed container?

Yes, subject to exact SKU approval, MOQ, consumable system, Portuguese files, cartons, quantities, inspection and loading allocation.

Do you publish wholesale prices?

No. Private quotation follows confirmation of the model, quantity, product system, electrical route, OEM scope, evidence, inspection, trade term and destination.
