1. Assign one project reference
Record the sample date, supplier route, pan body, lid if included, controller, power cord, plug, handles, feet, accessories, color and retail packing under one reference. Use that identity on quotation, artwork, inspection, complaint analysis and repeat order.
2. Measure the physical version
Record overall footprint, usable cooking diameter, internal depth, body and plate thickness at agreed points, handle projection, lid dimensions, controller insertion, cord length, plug and unit-box size. State the method and tolerance rather than relying on a nominal size alone.
3. Map construction by component
Identify body, cooking surface, coating or treatment, heater route, base, controller housing, probe, cord set, plug, handle, feet, lid, knob, seals and accessories. Connect every material or safety statement to the exact component and available evidence.
4. Freeze electrical identity
Confirm rated voltage, frequency, power, current where applicable, safety class, heater arrangement, controller identity, indicator behavior, cord and plug. Photograph and record the final rating label. Never transfer electrical values from a similar pan or an old box.
5. Define intended household use
State the foods, batch quantities, preheat, cooking duration, oil or liquid limits, utensil restrictions, lid use, cleaning method and run-rest pattern used for evaluation. A sample cannot be judged against undefined cooking expectations.
6. Maintain an unresolved-gap register
List missing electrical, food-contact, coating, temperature, mechanical, conformity, Portuguese, packing and destination evidence. Assign the importer, factory, supplier, laboratory or qualified reviewer as owner and prevent release until the agreed closing evidence is received.
