Importers and Distributors
Companies able to identify the importing entity, destination states, channels, intended mixing tasks, Portuguese file owner, battery-document owner, service route and replenishment process.
Brazil Rechargeable Mixing Appliance Partnership
Build a controlled Brazilian rechargeable egg beater program from five real catalog models. Define the channel and intended light-mixing task first; then freeze one model, speed route, motor, whisk set, battery, charging package, Portuguese files, food-contact material map, transport evidence, inspection method and repeat-order scorecard.
Wholesale only. MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. No public prices, retail orders or one-piece orders.

Buyer Qualification
Companies able to identify the importing entity, destination states, channels, intended mixing tasks, Portuguese file owner, battery-document owner, service route and replenishment process.
Teams that need a shelf-ready SKU with controlled speed route, whisk set, cable, instructions, barcode, unit box, master carton and repeat delivery.
Buyers prepared to approve one exact housing, motor, attachment material, battery, charging construction, artwork revision, representative use test and inspection standard.
Partners willing to exchange channel, competitor, target-position, landed-cost, service and sell-through evidence so both sides can improve the next order instead of negotiating one isolated price.
Commercial Role First
Rechargeable egg beater is a sales category, not a complete purchase specification. A compact supermarket accessory, an online demonstration product, a private-label baking range and a mixed-container kitchen program may require different attachment sets, Portuguese wording, box presentation, service stock and replenishment timing. The Brazilian partner should define where the product will be sold, who will demonstrate it, what light ingredients represent the intended use, what claims the channel wants to make and which complaints the service team must be able to diagnose.
A one-speed route is not automatically an entry-level failure, and a three-speed route is not automatically a performance upgrade. The useful choice depends on the approved task, operator expectation, attachment set, battery identity and retail position. The commercial objective is one traceable SKU that the buyer can explain, inspect, receive, service and reorder.
Use one-speed discovery models when the channel values a clear operating proposition. Confirm start logic, actual operating response and the selected whisk set before positioning.
Use low, medium and high settings only after the current sample shows distinct, repeatable control behavior. Three labels do not establish RPM, torque or mixing results.
Freeze the exact included whisk, material record and task protocol. “Single set” is not enough for artwork or landed-cost comparison without the component identity.
Confirm both attachments, their intended wording, material, count, retention and packing position. Never copy one model's double-set definition to another model.
Catalog-Controlled Discovery
The current public catalog establishes five discovery routes. It does not publish complete RPM, torque, runtime, charge time, charging input, connector, cable specification, adaptor, duty cycle, sound, temperature rise, attachment retention force, water resistance, cleaning limit, conformity status or Brazilian customs treatment for the full group. Missing information remains open until the current sample and written file close it.
Published reference: one-speed, 800mAh, aluminum-wire motor. Single set lists one plastic plus 201 stainless-steel egg-white whisk. Double set lists egg-white whisk plus cream whisk. White, dark green and light green are published color directions.
Published reference: one-speed, 800mAh, 280 motor. Single set lists one 304 stainless-steel egg-white whisk. Double set adds a 304 stainless-steel cream whisk. White, dark green and light green are published directions.
Published reference: low, medium and high settings, 800mAh, 280 motor, single or double attachment set. The 304 stainless-steel egg-white whisk is listed; the double set adds a 304 stainless-steel cream whisk.
Published reference: low, medium and high settings, 800mAh, 280 motor, single or double attachment set. The attachment wording follows a 304 stainless-steel egg-white whisk and an additional 304 stainless-steel cream whisk for the double set. Purple, dark green and light green are published.
Published reference: low, medium and high settings, 1200mAh, 280 motor and a double set described as two 304 stainless-steel egg-white whisks. White and royal blue are published. Do not silently rename one attachment as a cream whisk.
301B-2D and 301B are materially different catalog routes: their published motor wording and whisk-material wording differ. The same 800mAh field and similar housing appearance do not make them interchangeable. Every quotation, sample, artwork, carton, inspection record and reorder must preserve the exact model suffix.
Visible Evidence Boundary

The KD302 image supports an appearance reference for a white body, dark control face and installed whisk. It does not prove the approved Brazilian color, the number of included attachments, the exact stainless-steel grade, battery capacity, charging cable, runtime, RPM or mixing performance.
The KD305 image shows a purple body, two whisk-like attachments, a cable, printed box, instruction sheet and a separate plastic accessory. That image does not establish that every KD305 package includes all visible items. The optional egg separator, cable, attachment count, manual and box must be confirmed in the signed contents list.
Product photography can help a buyer identify housing, control position, attachment geometry and color direction. It cannot replace a sample, bill of materials, material declaration, charging record, package list, test protocol or inspection standard.
Strategic Partnership
The Brazil partner contributes importer identity, destination states, channel access, representative food tasks, competitor observations, target selling position, landed-cost inputs, Portuguese review, regulatory and customs specialists, service capacity, launch forecast, stock plan and sell-through evidence. Yaoyuan coordinates available models, components, current samples, OEM files, packing, production follow-up, inspection support, mixed-container planning and replenishment preparation.
Both parties maintain one register with model, sample code and date, commercial role, attachment set, whisk identity and material, speed route, motor, battery, connector, cable, adaptor scope, optional parts, approved use protocol, Portuguese artwork revision, unit box, master carton, conformity question owner, inspection method, destination port, evidence status and decision owner. A changed motor, whisk, battery, charger or attachment set is a changed order identity even when the body color remains similar.
Local channel access, buyer feedback, competitor facts, target position, landed-cost inputs, Portuguese review, conformity and customs professionals, service plan and sell-through evidence.
Available catalog routes, supplier and component coordination, current samples, OEM files, packing, production follow-up, inspection support, mixed-container and repeat-order preparation.
No claim, artwork, price comparison, order release or replenishment decision should bypass the current configuration register and named evidence owner.
Create a repeatable SKU and learning loop for both companies. Do not promise demand, sales, margin, customs release or delivery outcomes that neither side controls alone.
Representative Use Protocol
The buyer should define one or more representative tasks in observable terms: ingredient identity, quantity, initial temperature, container dimensions, selected attachment, speed sequence, operating duration, rest interval and expected result. Record the exact sample, battery state, operator action, visible load behavior, sound, odor, housing temperature, attachment retention, shutdown behavior and final mixture. A pass applies only to that configuration and protocol.
The first test should stay within light mixing unless the supplier and buyer have approved evidence for another task. Egg white, cream or a light liquid mixture may each require different attachment, quantity, temperature, time and success criteria. Do not claim dough kneading, heavy batter, chopping, blending, hot-food use or continuous professional duty without a separate technical route and evidence.
Ingredient, quantity, temperature, container, attachment, sample identity, initial battery indication and any preparation step.
Speed sequence, activation method, duration, rest, intervention, attachment movement, sound, odor, heat and shutdown behavior.
Volume or texture observation, unmixed material, splashing, attachment retention, handling and result after the agreed duration.
Approve only wording supported by the recorded test. Do not convert a single sample result into a universal capacity, runtime or performance promise.
Attachment System
The attachment is not a generic accessory. Its geometry, material, shaft, connector, retention method and intended task affect the approved SKU. The 301B-2D source uses 201 stainless-steel wording for the egg-white whisk and separately mentions plastic in the single set. The 301B, KD301 and KD305 sources use 304 stainless-steel wording. KD302 is published with two 304 stainless-steel egg-white whisks. These records must remain separate.
Before approving Portuguese artwork, both sides should confirm the exact count, visible geometry, material evidence, intended task wording, installation direction, removal method and packing position. Verify whether each attachment can be inserted and removed repeatedly without looseness, whether it remains retained during the approved task and how the service team identifies a wrong or missing part.
The source says an egg separator is optional for 301B-2D and 301B. The KD302 source says an egg separator and base can be added. These parts are not included unless the signed quotation, approved contents list, artwork and inspection checklist confirm them. A catalog photograph is not a packing authorization.
Battery and Charging Identity
The catalog publishes 800mAh for 301B-2D, 301B, KD301 and KD305, and 1200mAh for KD302. Capacity alone does not prove cell chemistry, nominal voltage, energy, manufacturer, runtime, charge time, cycle life, connector, charging input, cable or adaptor scope. The approved sample and production file should identify the installed battery marking, electrical protection, connector, input, included cable, any adaptor, label wording and inspection method.
A 1200mAh field does not prove longer market runtime unless both products are tested under the same current sample, attachment, load, speed sequence, initial battery state and endpoint. Runtime wording belongs in the evidence register, not in artwork copied from a battery number.
Cell chemistry, marking, nominal voltage, capacity, watt-hours where applicable, manufacturer and installed configuration.
Connector, input, cable type and length, adaptor inclusion or exclusion, indication, charge method and approved label.
Exact sample, attachment, ingredient load, speed sequence, initial state, ambient condition, endpoint and number of cycles.
A battery, PCB, connector, cable or charging-protection change requires review before production release or reorder.
Battery Transport File
Rechargeable products can create carrier, documentation and packing questions. The battery route should be identified before freight quotation and container planning, not after goods are ready. Record whether the battery is installed in equipment, its chemistry, identity, energy, protection, test-summary availability, packing method, marks and documents requested by the chosen carrier and route.
The United Nations Manual of Tests and Criteria contains the current UN 38.3 framework used in dangerous-goods transport decisions. Its existence is not evidence that a proposed 301B-2D, 301B, KD301, KD305 or KD302 configuration has passed the required route. The exporter, importer, freight forwarder and qualified dangerous-goods parties must review the exact battery and shipment.
Consult the UNECE Manual of Tests and Criteria, Revision 8 source files. Carrier acceptance, route availability and transport treatment remain shipment-specific decisions.
Food-Contact and Cleaning Map
The food-contact map should identify each whisk wire, shaft, connector area, any plastic guard, optional egg separator and any component that can contact splashes or residue during the approved task. A general “stainless steel” statement is not enough when the source distinguishes 201 from 304 wording. Link each material claim to the exact model, component, current sample and supporting document.
Cleaning instructions must distinguish removable attachments from the powered body. Confirm removal, hand-wash limits, water temperature, detergent, drying, prohibited immersion, connector protection and residue traps. Do not claim dishwasher safety, waterproof construction or whole-body washing without exact evidence. Portuguese instructions and inspection should use the same approved boundary.
Brazil's Anvisa material explains that food-contact regulation can include packaging, utensils and equipment used during food preparation or consumption. Qualified Brazilian parties must determine the current requirement for the exact material, product and market claim. See the official Anvisa food-contact packaging and material guidance.
Brazil Conformity Decision
Inmetro's official scope FAQ for Portaria No. 148/2022 explicitly lists residential electric beaters, electric whipped-cream machines, electric mixers and other domestic electric kitchen machines. That scope information is a decision source; it is not proof that a proposed rechargeable model, battery construction or finished SKU is certified or approved.
The Brazilian importer and qualified conformity parties should classify the exact intended product, power source, use, battery, charger or adaptor, label, manual, packaging and market route under current requirements. The conformity file and commercial order must use the same model and construction. Never place an Inmetro mark, registration statement or certification claim on artwork because a category appears in a scope list.
Read Inmetro's official appliance-scope FAQ. The importer owns the current market-release decision with qualified Brazilian specialists.
Portuguese OEM Release
The Portuguese file set should be generated from the approved configuration register. It may include product name, exact model, brand owner, importer and responsible-party data, speed description, attachment names, package contents, electrical and battery identity, charging instruction, intended use, restrictions, cleaning method, warnings, service contact, barcode, unit-box art, manual, rating label and master-carton marks.
Translation should not broaden the approved claim. “Three-speed” cannot become a specific RPM range without evidence. “Egg beater” cannot become a dough mixer or professional machine without a separate route. “Rechargeable” cannot imply that an adaptor is included. A pictured separator cannot enter the contents list unless selected. Brand, importer and regulatory information should be supplied and reviewed by the responsible Brazilian parties.
Model, speed route, motor, attachment set, material, battery, charging package, optional parts and approved test.
Portuguese name, instructions, warnings, importer data, barcode, service contact, box, label and carton revision.
Every proof carries a date and revision. The buyer approves content; the supplier records the production release.
The final checklist reads the same model, attachment count, battery identity and artwork revision as the signed order.
Packing and Landed Cost
All five published routes use 50 PCS/CTN references, but carton size differs. The source lists 440 x 393 x 558MM for 301B-2D, 301B, KD301 and KD305. KD302 lists 525 x 430 x 500MM. These are planning inputs, not loading guarantees. Confirm current unit-box dimensions, gross and net weight, master-carton dimensions, pieces per carton, attachment set, separator or base inclusion, inner protection, drop-risk points and pallet decision after the final SKU is packed.
Landed-cost comparison should use the same sellable definition: exact model, color, whisk set, battery, cable or adaptor scope, Portuguese files, separator or base, unit box, master carton, inspection, freight route, insurance, taxes, port charges, inland delivery, service allowance and stock risk. A lower unit quotation is not necessarily a lower landed or serviced cost if attachments, packing or evidence differ.
A 301B single set, 301B double set and KD302 double set are not equivalent commercial units. Use a line-by-line contents and evidence table before comparing quotations or calculating channel margin.
NCM and Siscomex
The Brazilian importer and customs professionals should confirm the current NCM classification from the exact product description, construction, function, battery and included package. They should then use official Siscomex tools to check administrative treatment for the actual operation. A category name, competitor listing or prior shipment does not establish the correct classification or current treatment for a changed SKU.
Siscomex states that informational treatment tables do not replace the official simulator and that the operation should be checked in the system. See the official administrative treatment guidance, foreign-trade simulators and current administrative-requirements simulation service.
Yaoyuan can provide the available model, component, packing and shipment facts. Qualified Brazilian parties own NCM, Siscomex, tax, license, customs and release decisions. No customs outcome is promised on this page.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
The inspection plan should identify the purchase order, approved sample, model, color, speed route, motor, attachment set, attachment material, battery, connector, cable or adaptor scope, optional parts, label, manual, unit box and master carton. Sampling level, defect definitions and acceptance authority should be agreed before production. A generic “function works” result cannot close a wrong whisk, missing separator, changed battery or wrong artwork revision.
Model suffix, color, motor route, speed control, attachment count, material record, battery marking and approved sample.
Activation, each selected speed, attachment retention, representative light-mixing protocol, indication, sound, odor, heat and shutdown.
Connector, input, cable, any adaptor, indication, charging behavior, label and battery-document linkage.
Contents, separator or base selection, Portuguese revision, barcode, inner protection, box, carton, quantity and marks.
Inspection evidence should include dated photographs or video, checklist results, sample identity, measured fields, defect records, disposition and named release owner. Our factory proof system shows how production, inspection, packing and shipment evidence can support buyer verification without replacing the signed order standard.
Receiving and Service
Receiving should compare landed cartons with the approved carton, marks, quantity, model, color, attachment set and visible damage standard. Record carton condition, missing parts, charging issues, attachment retention, operation, early returns and service questions by model and lot. Keep KD302 evidence separate from KD301 and KD305, and keep 301B-2D evidence separate from 301B.
The Brazilian partner should share defined review-period data: received quantity, activated sample count, missing-part rate, charging complaints, attachment complaints, operating complaints, return reasons, service resolution, stock by channel and sell-through. Yaoyuan can compare these facts with production and inspection records, coordinate corrective questions and prepare the next configuration. Neither side should treat impressions or a few comments as a demand guarantee.
Carton condition, quantity, model, color, attachment set, missing parts, visible damage and selected functional sample.
Charging, speed control, attachment retention, sound, heat, cleaning, missing contents and resolution time.
Opening stock, transfers, sell-through, returns, buyer objections and reorder forecast by state or channel.
Repeat, correct or stop the route only after current production, service, stock and market evidence are reviewed together.
Mixed-Container Role
Rechargeable egg beaters can be evaluated beside milk frothers, rechargeable food choppers, portable blender cups, air fryers and other small appliances when the importer needs a broader assortment. Mixed-container planning does not remove the need for a frozen SKU, Portuguese files, battery evidence, food-contact review, carton confirmation and inspection for each line.
Use the mixed-container appliance supplier route to coordinate assortment roles, cartons, destination versions and shipment milestones. The strategic objective is not to fill volume with unrelated products. It is to build a range in which each item has a commercial role, evidence owner, service path and replenishment rule.
Decision-Ready Inquiry
A qualified first inquiry should identify the buyer company, importer role, Brazilian state or sales region, channel, intended light-mixing task, target commercial position, competitor or current product, selected model, single or double attachment set, quantity, color, OEM or neutral packing, Portuguese requirements, optional separator or base, destination port, inspection requirement and launch window.
After the first review, both sides should open an evidence index covering current sample, model and component identity, attachment material, battery, charging package, representative use protocol, food-contact map, conformity questions, Portuguese files, carton, inspection, freight and receiving data. Price is then compared on one complete sellable SKU, not on a model name alone.
Importer FAQ
MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. The exact model, color, attachment set, OEM files and packing must be confirmed before a private quotation is prepared.
No. The public 301B-2D record uses 201 stainless-steel wording for its egg-white whisk, while 301B, KD301, KD305 and KD302 use 304 wording. Confirm the exact component and evidence.
The current source describes its double set as two 304 stainless-steel egg-white whisks. Do not relabel one as a cream whisk unless a corrected, sample-linked document is approved.
Not by default. The separator is optional on some routes, and KD302 mentions an optional separator and base. Signed contents, artwork and inspection control inclusion.
No. Runtime depends on the exact battery, motor, attachment, load, speed sequence, initial state and endpoint. Compare current samples under the same protocol.
No such general claim is made. Define a separate task and obtain technical evidence before approving heavy-load wording. This route begins with representative light mixing.
No blanket approval is claimed. Qualified Brazilian parties must review the exact construction, Inmetro scope, food-contact questions, NCM, Siscomex and market-release requirements.
Portuguese artwork, manual, label and carton can be coordinated after the exact SKU is frozen and the responsible Brazilian buyer approves the required content.
Yes, subject to each line's MOQ, carton, evidence and production schedule. Product identity and inspection remain separate for every selected category.
