Direct Answer
Before bulk production, approve one labeled ceramic hob sample and a matching dated specification. The file should define burner count, rated input, destination voltage and plug, heater and sensor route, glass and frame appearance, controls, cookware test, protection components, labels, artwork, packing and inspection criteria. Unnamed catalog records remain selection directions until their identity is confirmed.
Why a catalog reference is only the starting point
Ceramic hobs with similar black glass can differ in heating element, thermal sensor, control board, temperature cycle, glass construction, ventilation, feet, enclosure and protection components. These are not visible in a front photo, yet they influence function, stability, warranty exposure and market documentation.
Cookware behavior must also be defined correctly. A resistance-heating ceramic hob is not an induction hob. The buyer should confirm the intended cookware, load and test method for the selected product rather than copying claims from another heating technology.
Select
Choose one single- or double-burner catalog route and sales channel.
Define
Freeze heater, glass, controls, electrical protection and appearance.
Test
Approve cookware, heating and control observations on the current sample.
Inspect
Check production and packing against the approved model revision.
Real catalog records that can begin the approval discussion
These Yaoyuan catalog records provide model-discovery evidence. They do not replace confirmation of the current sample, final order version and destination-market requirements.
| Catalog route | What the record establishes | What the buyer must approve |
|---|---|---|
| SC-7031 (P67) | Named black single-burner catalog route | Confirm labeled wattage, heater, glass, controls, protection, feet, ventilation, plug and packed unit on the current sample. |
| SC-7038 (P68) | Named wood-grain single-burner appearance route | Keep appearance approval separate from electrical and heating approval; control the print, glass, edge and body finish. |
| P69 | Catalog configuration without a published model code | Obtain the current label and written identity before quotation comparison or OEM artwork release. |
| P70 | Double-burner catalog direction | Confirm total and per-zone input, simultaneous-use behavior, controls, glass size, cord and complete packing; do not double a single-burner promise. |
Accuracy rule: missing fields remain open questions. Product photographs, names and published values must not be expanded into unsupported claims.
What the final order specification should control
Heater and thermal route
Identify the heating element, zone arrangement, sensor or thermostat route, thermal fuse, cooling or ventilation path and component references used in the approved version.
Glass and enclosure
Record glass dimensions, visible finish, edge treatment, print, frame or trim, body construction, feet, underside clearance and ventilation. Treat supplier or material claims as pending until supported.
Controls and behavior
Define knob, touch or button sequence, power levels, timer or display where present, indicator behavior, on-off logic and expected heating cycle observations.
Cookware test
Agree cookware material, base size, water or food load, ambient start, selected level, observation duration and acceptance method. Do not claim induction compatibility for a ceramic resistance-heating route.
Electrical and market evidence
Confirm voltage, frequency, rated input, plug, cord, grounding direction, rating label, warnings and destination requirements. Compliance evidence remains exact-model and exact-market specific.
Glass protection and packing
Approve protective films, inserts, clearance, accessory placement, color box, master carton, drop or handling plan where required, packed quantity, dimensions, weights and marks.
Test the heating route with defined cookware and operating conditions
A meaningful sample record identifies the cookware, load, start condition, control level, measurement or observation points and test duration. Record warm-up behavior, control response, cycling, stability, surface condition and shutdown behavior as observations for that sample, not promises for every possible use.
Double-burner versions require their own simultaneous-load review. A single-zone result cannot prove total input, heat distribution or control behavior when both zones operate. Any heater, sensor, PCB or glass change should trigger a documented review before production.
Inspection must identify the heater, glass and electrical version
Inspection can verify model and quantity, label, plug, cord, controls, glass appearance, body stability, feet, ventilation, included parts, functional sampling and packing against the approved file. Buyer-required safety or performance testing should be defined by qualified parties for the destination market.
Keep the approved labeled sample and artwork revision available for repeat orders. If the factory proposes a component or packing change, compare its evidence and commercial effect before authorizing the new revision.
