Importer and Factory Decision File

Direct answer for EU oven sourcing

A public AC220-240V field does not make an oven ready for the European Union. The importer must identify the exact Member States, intended use, electrical version, plug and cord, construction, applicable EU acts, conformity route, economic operators, languages, environmental registrations, channel requirements and post-market owners. A broad voltage range, catalog photo or previous report cannot answer those questions for a new branded production version.

Yaoyuan can coordinate product and supplier resources, approved samples, factory records, local-language OEM inputs, packing, production, inspection and controlled changes. The EU importer, brand owner and qualified European parties own current legal interpretation, conformity decisions, registrations, customs, local-language approval, online-offer content and placing-on-market responsibilities. No CE conformity, registration, customs result, channel acceptance, delivery date, demand, margin or profit is promised by this page.

Use seven real catalog records for discovery, not EU readiness claims

P72: 13L Oven

The public record identifies a 13L direction but publishes no model code or detailed specification. Confirm usable cavity, heater layout, controls, accessories, electrical identity, current carton and intended country version.

Open P72

P73: 15L Oven

The public record identifies 15L but no model code or detailed specification. Capacity does not establish rated input, functions, construction, evidence, energy scope or channel suitability.

Open P73

P74: 25L Oven

Published fields are 25L, 2400W, AC220-240V, stainless steel plus glass and a 40HQ reference of 1700. Frequency, plug, cord, protection, modes, usable cavity and country file remain unconfirmed.

Open P74

P75: 48L Oven

The public record identifies 48L and a 40HQ reference of 725. Model, voltage, wattage, controls, functions and materials are not published and must not be copied from another large oven.

Open P75

P76: 56L Oven

The public record identifies 56L and a 40HQ reference of 725. Its photograph is not proof of convection, rotisserie, electrical rating, energy scope or a destination-country version.

Open P76

P77: 55L Oven with Top Plates

Published fields are 55L, 2400W, AC220-240V, stainless steel plus glass and a 40HQ reference of 756. The two visible top plates require a separately proved load and control matrix.

Open P77

SC-206 / P78 Breakfast Machine

Published fields are 12L, 2400W, AC220-240V, PP plus glass and 450 x 180 x 190 mm. The image includes third-party branding and does not authorize its use.

Freeze one electrical and functional identity for each destination version

Record rated voltage, frequency, power, current, plug, cord, conductor sizes, grounding or insulation class, heater resistance, thermostat, timer, selector, switches, relays, thermal protection, motors, lamp and routine production checks. A published AC220-240V field does not establish 50Hz, plug type, cord construction, protection or conformity. The importer should name the selling countries before these decisions are released.

Also freeze usable cavity dimensions, tray and rack sizes, door opening, clearances, heater selection, convection, rotisserie, keep-warm, light, temperature range, timer range and accessory set from the approved sample. Product identity must describe the actual cooking job; capacity alone is not a market position or evidence file.

Decide energy-labelling and ecodesign scope before creating claims

European Commission guidance for domestic ovens identifies small ovens and portable ovens as outside the domestic-oven energy-labelling scope, while domestic ovens can be in scope and other horizontal ecodesign measures may still need review. Do not infer the answer from litres, a countertop photograph or a competitor label. A qualified EU party should classify each P72-P78 construction, intended use and placing-on-market date against current official texts.

If a model is in a product-specific scope, the responsible supplier and dealer route may require controlled test data, technical information, labels, product fiches, EPREL work or advertising information. If it is outside that scope, do not invent an energy class or imply that all energy-related duties disappear. Record the decision, source, responsible reviewer, date and exact production identity.

Separate standard ovens from combination appliances

For P77, confirm whether the oven and one or both top plates can operate together, each individual load, total rated input, selector sequence, control independence, plate dimensions, surface temperatures and protection. The image cannot prove simultaneous operation. The label, manual and control graphics must describe the wired mode matrix in every approved language.

For SC-206, control the oven, coffee reservoir, jug, filter, warming plate, water-contact parts, switches, simultaneous operation, total input, cleaning route and accessories. An oven-only assessment cannot close the coffee subsystem. The third-party brand visible in the source image must be replaced by authorized buyer branding or an approved neutral presentation before any market material or production artwork is released.

Build a component-to-evidence register around the approved sample

The version master should identify heaters, thermostat, timer, selector, switches, relays, thermal protection, wiring, terminals, insulation, PCB, motors, lamp, cord, plug, glass, handle, food-contact accessories and critical fasteners. Connect supplier, part code, rating, drawing or photograph, available report reference, approved alternatives and incoming-control method. Keep one retained sample tied to the released construction.

Changes to a heater, thermostat, cord set, PCB, glass, coating, accessory or supplier can affect safety, EMC, materials, performance, instructions or test coverage. Use a change request stating the reason, affected documents, required review, new sample need, evidence impact, artwork impact and approval owner. A similar-looking part is not an automatic equivalent.

Keep CE conformity, GPSR and operator responsibilities connected but distinct

For an electrical oven, qualified parties should map the exact construction against current applicable legislation, commonly including Low Voltage and EMC questions, plus RoHS and other relevant product rules. The manufacturer must complete the applicable conformity route before affixing CE marking. The technical documentation and EU Declaration of Conformity must identify the real model and production version; there is no generic EU authority certificate that replaces this work.

The importer should verify that the manufacturer completed the required process, that required documentation is available, that traceability and markings are correct, and that instructions and safety information use language understandable in the destination country. A private-label buyer can take manufacturer responsibilities when placing a product under its own name or brand. GPSR, distance-sale information, responsible economic-operator data, complaint handling and corrective-action ownership remain part of the launch file.

Control food-contact parts and cleaning claims by material and use

List every tray, rack, crumb tray, grill, jug, filter, reservoir, coating and accessory that contacts food or water under intended and foreseeable use. Record material, supplier, temperature, contact duration, cleaning method, coating identity, available declarations and relevant evidence. The responsible EU parties should decide the applicable food-contact route for the exact materials and intended use.

Do not transfer a declaration from a different coating, tray, jug, color or supplier. Do not publish claims such as food safe, BPA free, non-toxic, dishwasher safe or long-life coating without controlled support for the exact version. Instructions should address first use, cleaning, hot surfaces, breakage, water handling and replacement parts where relevant.

Approve each country language and OEM file from one version master

Create a destination matrix covering product label, importer or economic-operator data, warnings, manual, control panel, color box, barcode, online offer and master-carton marks. Identify the importing and selling Member States first; English is not assumed sufficient. The importer and qualified local reviewers approve the required languages and the meaning of safety information.

Use revision numbers for translations, artwork and digital listings. Match every claim to controlled evidence and the approved sample. Never invent CE status, registrations, energy classes, standards, laboratory results, brand authority, performance, capacity or accessories. Online marketplace content must describe the same model, operator, warnings and functions found on the physical product.

Assign RoHS, WEEE and national producer duties before shipment

RoHS evidence should follow the actual electrical and electronic components, materials, exemptions where relevant and production changes. WEEE duties are not completed by printing a crossed-out wheeled-bin symbol alone. Official EU guidance directs responsible producers to register and report in each country where they sell EEE and to organize or finance end-of-life responsibilities according to the national route.

The buyer should assign the responsible entity, national registers, schemes, quantities, symbols, reporting frequency and financing for each selling country. Packaging and any battery duties require separate current review. Yaoyuan can provide legitimate factory-side SKU, component, weight, packing and shipment inputs; it does not replace the responsible European operator or national registration.

Compare landed economics by country-ready, serviceable SKU

Maintain one decision sheet for each candidate: private factory quotation, samples, evidence work, OEM files, accessories, current carton data, inspection, inland handling, freight basis, insurance, customs and terminal inputs, qualified duty and tax values, local delivery, WEEE and packaging obligations, expected damage, service reserve, returns and working-capital time.

The published 40HQ references of 1700 for P74, 725 for P75 and P76, and 756 for P77 are planning records, not guaranteed loads. Confirm current carton dimensions, weight, units per carton, pallet or floor-loading method and mixed-SKU allocation. A lower unit quote can create a weaker project if glass damage, operator costs, registrations, translation, service or slow replenishment are excluded.

Release production through country, sample and evidence gates

  1. Market gate: importing and selling countries, channels, intended use, competitors, target position, service plan and forecast are recorded.
  2. Platform gate: one catalog direction and every missing field are identified without claiming EU readiness.
  3. Country-version gate: voltage, frequency, plug, cord, functions, operator data and language matrix are frozen.
  4. Sample gate: exact model, revision, BOM, operation, accessories and retained sample are connected.
  5. Scope gate: qualified parties record current CE, GPSR, energy, food-contact, RoHS, WEEE and national decisions.
  6. Evidence gate: risk records, drawings, reports, declarations, registrations and open conditions have named owners.
  7. OEM gate: authorized brand, labels, manuals, barcodes, box, carton and online-offer data match the approved SKU.
  8. Pilot gate: first production is compared with the sample, evidence file, routine checks and approved packing.
  9. Shipment gate: inspection verifies identity, function, glass, accessories, languages, operator data, carton and batch records.
  10. Reorder gate: sell-through, returns, service findings, stock age, cash cycle and approved changes determine replenishment.

Measure the partnership after the product reaches each channel

For the first review period, compare planned and actual placement, units displayed, units sold, objections, returns, failure descriptions, parts used, service time, carton or glass damage, remaining stock, stock age, cash collection and the next warehouse-ready date. Keep Member States, standard ovens, large ovens and combination products separate.

Yaoyuan can use verified findings to coordinate an unchanged repeat, component review, packing improvement, instruction correction, spare-part allocation, assortment rebalance or controlled pause. Strategic cooperation means the importer contributes local market evidence and service feedback while the factory coordinates product and supply-chain resources. It does not mean either side promises demand or profit.

Questions EU oven importers should ask

Is AC220-240V enough for an EU launch?

No. Confirm frequency, plug, cord, current, construction, functions, evidence, operators, languages and country responsibilities.

Does every countertop oven need an energy label?

Do not use a universal answer. Official guidance lists small and portable ovens outside domestic-oven energy-labelling scope, but qualified parties must classify the exact product and current rules.

Can P77 operate the oven and top plates together?

The image does not prove that. Confirm every mode, individual load, total input, selector logic, protection and label instructions.

Does a CE mark replace WEEE registration?

No. Conformity and country-level producer responsibilities are separate project layers with different owners and records.

Can the SC-206 image brand be printed?

No authorization is inferred from a source image. Only buyer-owned or authorized branding may enter approved OEM files.

What makes this a strategic partnership?

The importer provides country, channel and post-market evidence; Yaoyuan coordinates product and supply-chain resources; both use results to control the next order.
