Only partly. The same product construction, risk analysis, component records and some laboratory work may support both projects when the applicable standards and certification scope allow it. Market responsibility, certificates, regulator filings, identification numbers, bilingual information, energy decisions, customs records and post-market ownership still need separate confirmation.
A report accepted by a U.S. retailer is not automatically Canadian electrical certification. An FCC authorization does not replace an ISED decision.
