Cordless Vacuum Sample Evaluation

Cordless Vacuum Sample Evaluation for Importers

A catalog can help an importer choose cordless vacuum samples, but it cannot show how they will perform in the buyer's intended use. Use one written record to identify the sample, define the cleaning task, control the starting condition and document what happened.

What should an importer record before approving a cordless vacuum sample?

Record the exact model and sample version, the intended surface and test material, the battery and collection-system starting condition, the attachment and speed, the operating sequence allowed by the supplied instructions, the observed result and the emptying and cleaning outcome. Repeat only under the same documented conditions when a comparison is intended. End with a named, scoped decision: approved, conditionally approved or not approved.

This buyer-controlled worksheet creates no universal suction, runtime, filtration or cleaning threshold. It is not a Yaoyuan test report or evidence of certification.

Use catalog facts to choose a sample, not to predict its result

The catalog gives two sample directions. SK-968 / P343 lists a 1500 mAh battery, one speed, three interchangeable cleaning attachments and a 600 mL dust container. SK-002 / P344 lists a 2000 mAh battery, two speeds, four interchangeable cleaning attachments including an upholstery tool, and a 260 mL dust container. Both list DC 7.4 V supply and 120 W rated power.

Those fields support a shortlist; they are not sample results. A larger listed battery reference does not prove longer runtime. Equal rated power does not prove equal suction or cleaning performance. A named upholstery attachment does not prove mite-removal efficacy. The source does not verify filtration grade or suction performance for SK-002, and it supplies no comparable result for either model.

The catalog images show source-catalog product directions, not the buyer's delivered sample. They do not establish its tool set, filter, battery condition, assembly, finish or result. Confirm these on the physical sample and current specification.

Define one purchasing question before the trial

Define the intended use, evidence and comparison conditions before operating the sample. The supplier identifies the configuration and instructions; the evaluator follows the agreed method. Results from different surfaces, materials, attachments or speeds are not directly comparable. Mark unknown conditions or acceptance criteria open.

Seven-line cordless vacuum sample worksheet

Complete every row for the exact sample. “To be completed” is a deliberate blank, not an approval. The worksheet contains no default load, duration, repetition count or acceptance threshold.

Proposed sample worksheet - complete a separate record for each physical sample
Record lineWhat the parties should define or recordBlank project entry
1. Sample identity and versionModel, catalog reference, sample ID, sample date, electrical or charging version, serial or batch reference if available, instructions revision, supplied parts and evaluator. To be completed:
2. Intended use and comparison questionTarget market and user task; surface and test material permitted by the supplied instructions; buyer-defined starting quantity, application and distribution of test material where relevant; area or item reviewed; and whether this is a single-sample check or same-condition comparison. None of these entries creates a universal test load.To be completed:
3. Starting conditionHow the battery condition is established and recorded under the supplied instructions; dust container and filter identity and starting state; assembly condition; attachment condition; any conditioning or preparation required by the agreed method. To be completed:
4. Operating configurationExact attachment, speed setting, operating path or sequence, handling method, agreed stop point, and any run, pause or rest sequence permitted by the instructions. Set the stop point before the run and record deviations instead of silently changing the procedure. To be completed:
5. Repeat and evidence recordNumber of runs chosen by the buyer; date and operator; start and finish observations; photos, video or instrument record if used; equipment identity and method when a measurement is taken. To be completed:
6. Observed resultRecord only what the agreed method supports: result on the defined surface or material, operating-time observation if measured, visible residue or remaining material, handling observations, interruptions and unresolved points. State the buyer's acceptance basis separately. To be completed:
7. Emptying, cleaning and close-outEmptying method, visible residue, access to the container and filter, cleaning performed under the supplied instructions, damaged or loose parts, exceptions, required follow-up, decision owner and decision date.To be completed:

Give each sample its own worksheet. Preserve the same defined task and starting basis for a comparison, or state why the records are not directly comparable. Never transfer one model, attachment, speed or revision's result to another.

Read the record without turning it into a marketing claim

A result belongs to the recorded sample and conditions, not automatically to every production unit, surface or use. An operating-time record needs the speed, attachment, task, battery preparation, stop point and repeat basis. A material-removal or residue record needs the surface, test material, application and review method.

Keep observations separate from explanations. An interruption may require technical review but does not prove its cause. A visibly clean surface does not establish filtration efficiency, and an upholstery-tool trial does not establish mite removal. Packaging or sales claims need separately defined substantiation and market review.

Close the evaluation with one scoped decision

  • Approved within a named scope. Record the model, sample, configuration, use, accepted result, buyer approver, supplier confirmation and supporting evidence. Approval applies only to that scope.
  • Conditionally approved. List each open action, owner, required evidence and blocked order step. A missing filter identity, revised instruction, repeat run or attachment list remains open until written closure.
  • Not approved. Record the observed mismatch, incomplete evaluation or unresolved risk. State whether a corrected sample or specification may be submitted. Do not use it as the production reference without later documented approval.

The commercial team must not convert these outcomes into broader model claims. The authorized buyer decides whether the evidence is sufficient; the supplier confirms the physical sample and written configuration identified.

Stop and escalate abnormal sample behavior safely

If the sample behaves abnormally, a part becomes loose or damaged, a passage appears blocked, the control does not operate as described, or the physical configuration conflicts with the supplied instructions, stop the evaluation and record the condition. Follow the supplied instructions for switching off, disconnecting, isolating and handling the exact sample, then request written technical review.

Do not open electrical sections, alter wiring, bypass protection or improvise repairs. Do not assume a dry vacuum permits wet pickup, liquid cleaning or immersion. If emptying or cleaning is unclear, leave it open and obtain the correct instructions.

Transfer an accepted result into controlled order evidence

After approval, identify the physical sample and retain the evaluation record. Use the golden sample approval and retention guide to control that reference. Transfer the model, electrical or charging version, attachment set, filter and container identity, instructions, accepted use scope, record reference and open exceptions into the purchase contract technical and quality annex.

The quotation, purchase order, sample, packaging, manual and inspection basis should identify the same version. Review approved changes under control. Sample approval is not certification, batch inspection or shipment release.

Buyer questions

Does the 2000 mAh catalog reference prove that SK-002 runs longer than SK-968?

No. SK-002 lists 2000 mAh and two speeds; SK-968 lists 1500 mAh and one speed. The catalog supplies no directly comparable runtime result. Record runtime only under an agreed speed, attachment, task, battery condition and stop basis on the exact samples.

Does the upholstery tool listed for SK-002 prove mite removal or filtration performance?

No. The catalog lists an upholstery attachment, but its record does not verify mite-removal efficacy, filtration grade or suction performance. Those claims require appropriately defined, model-specific evidence; they cannot be inferred from the attachment name or catalog image.

Can a buyer approve the sample before every performance target is fixed?

The project may begin while questions remain open, but the decision must say what is and is not approved. A buyer can approve physical configuration within a named scope or issue conditional approval with assigned actions. Missing performance criteria must remain unresolved; they should not be replaced by a supplier-created universal threshold.

Discuss a cordless vacuum sample project

You can contact Yaoyuan Electric before the worksheet is complete. Share the intended market, use, product direction and sample questions. Unknown fields may remain open; this worksheet adds no mandatory RFQ fields. Contact does not mean the model, result, certification or order version is approved.

Confirm the model, quantity, country, plug, voltage, packing, OEM request and destination port. Factory direct, wholesale only; MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. Retail and one-piece orders are not accepted. Certification documents depend on model and market.
